One area or shortcoming we should all reflect on from time to time - does anger actually serves any useful purpose that could not otherwise be served more effectively by calm and rational approaches. Of note, is that in Martial Arts we are taught and encouraged to take a similar approach - never get out of balance and avoid emotional and physical confrontations at all costs - as very little; if anything, can be ever gained.

It is fascinating how such wise principles had developed in separate and distinct cultures that were geographically distant - suggesting that these are possibly innate characteristics of our species -but sadly overridden by the powers-that-be throughout our physically violent human history.
