A most adorable book that actually teaches your child inference by looking at the illustrations to answer the questions in the story. It doesn’t come out and say who is the strongest or sleepiest or cleanest, kids have to look at the illustration and guess from the monkeys, bugs, frogs, or other animals. You’ll be able to talk about what makes someone strong or ready to go out the door or calm and then look at the illustrations together.
The end of the book asks who is "the most brave, kind, smart, funny, gentle, and most, most, most adorable". When your child turns the page, they will see a big mirrored heart to find their answer. The mirror is often distorted in other board books, but I am impressed by this clear and accurate mirror image. I think little ones will love the anticipation of turning the page and seeing their face at the end of the book.
This makes a sweet board book to gift for Valentine’s Day or to tuck in an Easter basket.

Who’s the strongest monkey? Who’s the hungriest puppy? Who’s the calmest frog? Questions like these fill the pages of this colorfully illustrated book of endearing animals. Your toddler will search and find different details on every page to answer the questions. You’ll talk about the clues in an illustration that help the two of you find which octopus is most loving or which rabbit is the cleanest. The last page answers the question about who is “brave, kind, smart, funny, gentle and the most, most, most adorable” with a mylar mirror and the answer, “it’s you, sweetheart!”
