They soon discover others are after it. The Air Force who wants to keep their cover-up secure, and a Russian Agent desperate to get the alien material for the valuable technology he could deliver to his country. This novel was previously titled Hoaxes Roswell . The UFO DJ Schneider captures some of the very REAL truths about Roswell and delivering them in an entertaining novel. Night I loved this book, plain and simple. The plot revolves around aliens which I love and had a great feel to it with the kids interacting in an honest, believable way. Amazon Ok. Wow!!! ABOUT ROSWELL : The most famous UFO event in history was the discovery of a crashed flying saucer and alien bodies outside Roswell, New Mexico, in July 1947. The military put out a press release saying they had recovered a flying disk, but recanted the next day, stating it was a big misunderstanding and just a weather balloon. Over the following days the military from Roswell Army Air Field covered it up—they cordoned off the crash sites, recovered the bodies and debris, threatened the local population into silence, and switched out pieces of a weather balloon for the crash debris in a big press event. And the most important UFO incident in history remained buried for years.

Such a fun and memorable book with great references of the music, cars, locations in and around Portland in the 1960s era. Laughed out loud and the suspense and intrigue kept me reading. I have already purchased the next three books in the series. Characters are very relatable. Friends want to use The Roswell Quest as their next book club read. Nice to have met the author.

I met author DJ Schneider at a bookfair and bought this prequel from him. I usually don't read stories about UFOs and aliens, but the description of this book intrigued me. Now I'm glad I bought it. The story is about three teenagers who build a UFO and find themselves in a lot of trouble after they launch it. The characters and plot were developed well, and the story flowed well. I'm looking forward to reading more books in this series.
