This interactive story provides great strategies for parents to use to talk to their child about worry or stress. I would highly recommend this book to parents whose child is experiencing worry or stress but it is also a great resource for children to use in their day to day experiences in school, with friends or in sports. A great book that parents can read along with their child with helpful and easy strategies.
