Foods for a diabetic

This is a great cookbook for me, a type two diabetic. There are many different recipes in this book using both the air fryer, oven, and frying pan. There is a lot of nutrition information given for each recipe and the author gives away a variety of recipes that can be used by a diabetic. I recommend this book for all diabetics who want to do something a little different with their diet

Many original recipes

Diabetes is a non-curable disease.
Author gives an explanatory overview of how diabetes is incurred, treatments and explains how diet can either help of harm.
With many original recipes you won’t find in other cookbooks, cookbook is a must for diabetics
