We are drowning in news reports, opinion pieces, podcasts and Instagram posts about how we can protect our planet. We are offered contradictory solutions. We are left confused and overwhelmed.
Three Things to Help Heal the Planet gathers advice from 21 global experts, including scientists, activists and entrepreneurs. Rooted in our relationship with the everyday, it features essays from Melissa Hemsley, Jonathan Safran Foer, Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr, Dr Gail Bradbrook, Rosamund Kissi Deborah, Christopher Raeburn, Tristram Stuart and Eshita Kabra-Davies, who challenge us to make simple lifestyle changes by offering tangible solutions.
Three Things is for anyone who wants to turn their concern for the future of our planet into action; for anyone in a position to choose what they eat and wear, how they travel and live, where they bank and shop and who they vote for. This book is for anyone wants to use their everyday power to make a difference.
I am one of those people who feels overwhelmed with guilt about not doing enough to help the planet yet doing little about it because I don’t know where to start. Ana Santi’s book is easy to read, informative, and most of all actually HELPFUL in giving tips for small things I can change in my own life for the greater good. Highly recommended
I had the pleasure of interviewing the writer and loved her book. It's well researched, well written and practical. It's so easy to feel overwhelm and stuck thinking nothing we can do can make a difference. Simply put, we can all make a difference, three things at the end of each chapter are outlined just for that. Highly recommended.
An actual practical guide for people who want to improve their impact. Appreciate the series of essays/ contributions as they have been made incredibly approachable and the summaries of actions that you can take. I read a lot of books on this topic and this is by far the most practical.
