I enjoyed the chapter topics and reflection points. They invite thinking and growth. The chapters on change, seeking a mentor, difficult conversations, taking care of yourself were all things we know but a subtle spin and fresh take. I really appreciated the preparing for a promotion chapter and opportunity to reflect on why you want this opportunity and how it could impact your life were a great.
