Pacing this adaptation from the light novel is … ugh..
I really want to like this issue, this whole thing. I am now eight books invested and …. I just can’t say that it’s worth getting. Wait until it’s all collected and then the inconsistency of pacing will not be such a pain. The ebb and flow of the plot is so rough. This episode starts in the middle of a fight, has a resolution and then ends on a cliffhanger. Not independently satisfying.
