This story right here is a must read! I loved it from the first page! You may not like Treyton at first but trust me, you're gonna fall hard for him just like Clarke did! 5 bright light stars for this one!
Treyton is a former baseball player turned actor who's struggling with his acting career at the moment, and his agent and PR rep come up with a plan to fix that by setting him up with her real estate broker. Clarke is just what he needs to revamp his life and put him in the positive light, but Clarke is a feisty girl who doesn't cave or take his crap, and he's not used to this type of woman. They usually fall at his feet and she's just not doing that. The banter between them is hysterical, but she's keeping him at arms length.
Can they get past the superficial of it all? You need to read this to find out! Great job by Melissa on this story, I didn't want it to end! Grab this asap!

All the Bright Lights is a fantastic read. You are just going to love Clarke and Treyton. The banter alone will have you glued to the pages. Clarke has this wonderful way about her. She does not let Treyton get away with much and is cautious when it comes to the celebrity that he is. Treyton needs to clean up his imagine and is not prepared for what Clarke throws at him. Clarke tells Treyton how it is. Treyton does everything he can to prove to her that she is more than tabloid material. I love this roller coaster we are taken on as Treyton and Clarke are put to the test. This is a fun read that will have you just falling for Clarke and Treyton from the very start. You need to meet Clarke and Treyton today.

Ahhh what a sweet sweet journey. I adored her so much. Loved her strength and personality.
He’s a hot Hollywood heartthrob with a heart of gold. Gahh could you write a more perfect man? I swear I can envision his smirk every time he smiled. These two definitely kept me entertained. It was a great read. Loved it.

Melissa Toppen grabbed me from the beginning with the sassy confident Clarke who wasn’t swayed by a famous retired baseball player turned actor. I enjoyed Clarke because she definitely didn’t give a crap about his stature in life. She refrained as much as she could, but she finally relented and Treyton got under her skin.

Unfortunately for me, once Clarke let him in, I felt like she lost her sassy confidence that I admired. A little bit of that dazzle waned for me, but I still wanted to see how this was going to turn out. It was your typical famous actor meeting a “nobody”, falling in love, insert drama, fight, and then a happy ending. Some would say that it turns them off but there is a reason why we all read romance - I would venture to say because we all crave that predictable happily ever after. Nothing wrong with that.

Clarke and Trenton are still trying to find their way. Trey a former professional baseball ⚾️ player turned Hollywood actor needs to redeem his bad boy ways. Is Clarke a top real estate agent his shoe in?

Both are successful in their own right, will they make it together?

I liked that both characters are established and trying to find HEA as Clarke approached thirty and Trey in mid 30’s.

Toppen delivers on every book she releases, and All The Bright Lights is no exception.

All the Bright Lights by M. Toppen is a witty and fun read. I loved the bicker and banter between the main characters.
Treyton is a baseball player, now actor in Hollywood and he believes he has the world at his fingertips.
He just loves his bachelor life, but is about to find his match.
Clarke is an real estate agent and knows his kind of people. She seems immune to his magnetism, but his managnimous off is just too good.
A rom/com of it's finest, a great read, 4,5 stars.

Who knew showing a house in which a man who is used to getting what he wants, when he wants it throw an offer that turns out to be worth more that the 3 million over asking price???

I love how Melissa is able to tell a story where you have conversations with the characters. You want to do more than scratch the surface, you are determined to see the truth and hope that the intentions though ulterior work out. A romance that's a rollercoaster in every aspect. The banter was perfect. The storyline worked for them. I received an ARC for an honest and voluntarily review.

Trey and Clarke are precious.. I love how hard Clarke makes Treyton work for her attention. Lots of push and pull with these two… neither of them want to want each other but they are inevitable. 🤍
Sometimes it was so hard to love Treyton, especially during any conversation with Kat… and I know we are supposed to like her too but I just didn’t really. Her and Helen are pretty ruthless. But Clarke is a badass and we love her!! Also Bonnie is amazing as well… more of her please.
It was a quick and fun read. Recommend! 🤍

Treyton Taylor is a man that is use to getting what he wants and has no qualms about getting a little dirty to get it either. The former baseball player turned actor is use to drawing attention when he walks into a room and it baffles him a little when he walks into a house showing and Clarke doesn't even seem to bat an eye at him. Which just tells him he'll just have to up the ante a bit to get what he wants... but what if she doesn't want to play?

All The Bright Lights is a banter-filled romantic comedy that will have you giggling the whole way through. These two were pure magic on the page, from the moment I met them I had a feeling there would be many laughs to come and they did not disappoint. The banter between them was unreal, Clarke gave as good as she got and really put Treyton through the paces to earn her heart. This was a fun little escape for me, I sat down to read a few pages in between chores, and wound up devouring the whole thing in one sitting. I just couldn't pry my eyes from the pages!! Highly recommend this one, it's words are bound to leave you smiling!!

This story starts with arrogant Hollywood Bad Boy crashes a house showing of a high-end realtor in Malibu. He not only wants to purchase the home but wants to take her out on a date. This begins the story of Clarke & Treyton.
I really wasn’t a fan of Treyton in the beginning of the book since his PR team was trying to find someone he should date to clean up his reputation. And he was definitely on a collusion course to ruin his career. However Clarke wasn’t falling for his charm since her family has dealt with a fallout from having an affair with a well known Hollywood Star.
Eventually what started up as a set up quickly becomes more. But there are times they are both hot & cold with their feelings. Just when their relationship is becoming more real; Treyton is offered a movie role he can’t pass up. But here’s the the catch, he will be staring along side with his ex-girlfriend, Brandy.
The plot thickens with Brandy trying to cause problems with Clarke & Treyton.
I enjoyed the direction the story went and how much the main characters were able to grow & trust again. But as always Melissa has you holding your breath and waiting for the other shoe to drop. But we eventually get our HEA. I received this book as an ARC for a honest review.

His team comes up with a plan to fix things, and it has to do with Clarke, a real estate agent but little do they know, it's not going to be as easy as they would like to believe. Clarke is a heroine who won't take anyone's nonsense, and isn't blinded by the bright lights of Hollywood so she definitely gives him a run for his money. See, his team thinks she's just what the doctor ordered to fix this current situation in his career, but they really didn't check with her, and it's not going to be that easy LOL! See, Clarke is a firecracker who isn't blinded by all the bright lights of Hollywood, so even though she spends time with him, she keeps him at arms length which isn't something he's isn't used to. Of course that makes him want her all the more, and let me tell you, the banter between these two is entertaining & has the sparks flying all over the place. Will Clarke actually give him a chance for a shot at something great?! Loved Treyton & Clarke's story! Beautifully written and heartfelt! As different as these two were, they totally worked. Lot's of chemistry between these two and their banter was awesome! Highly recommend!

All the Bright Lights is amazing! I was hooked from the very beginning and couldn't read it fast enough.

You aren't going to be sold on Treyton at first, but in the end, you are going to fall for him because he is truly one of a kind. Clarke is tough as nails, and I strive to be like her - doesn't take anybody's shit and is fiercely independent.

They think that Clarke is what Treyton needs to revamp his life and put him in a good light with the public. Clarke doesn't fall at Treyton's feet like he is used to, and he ends up falling for her - hard.

Everything hit me right in the feels. They monument of falling in love, and fighting what you want because of a fear of rejection. There was angst, there was laughter, there were tears, but most importantly, there was a whole lot of love. You need to read it to find out what happens!

Loved this book! A book which tells a story with many elements which I was able to foresee, but which was told with such verve and style, that I was carried along at a pace which didn't diminish and was enchanted every step of the way. Clarke is a delight. Trey definitely didn't deserve her for the vast majority of the time and, though I was sure he would redeem himself, I indulged in mentally slapping him on numerous occasions!
Told from dual povs, we are given fabulous insight into both lead characters thoughts and emotions. I also loved Bonnie, Clarke's wonderful, loyal, wild friend, and the spikey, determined Kay.
With a snake in the grass rearing an ugly head, Clarke and Trey have to stumble towards their potential future, distrusting their own feelings, learning to have true feelings, and having so much fun along the way. This book has been a lovely present to myself. Fabulous 💖 💖💖💖💖

ALL THE BRIGHT LIGHTS by Melissa Toppen was a very enjoyable story. Trey and Clarke's journey was somewhat predictable, but their never-stand-down banter made this couple stand out.

It took me a while to really feel that Trey deserved Clarke. Like the blurb said, he is nothing if not full of himself, but Clarke's goodness pulled him over to the light and he left his darkness behind.

I totally loved Clarke for being the independent woman that she is. She held her own and wasn't easily swayed to Trey's charms. She probably fought a little too hard, but Trey definitely deserved to have to work for it.

This story has some very romantic moments, some wise words of wisdom from friends and family, and a grand gesture to heal all the broken parts. There is drama and angst, of course, but nothing to make your rip you hair out. For a light summer read, All The Brights Lights fits the bill.

This was a really fun and romantic story. It stars Treyton who is a former baseball player who now is trying to break into acting. But he has an extremely awful reputation. But his agent has come up with a way to save him and that is where real estate agent, Clarke comes in.

Clarke hates Treyton at first sight. He begs her for a date and even after the date he has to keep begging for more of her time. She really HATES him at first. But as she finally agrees to be friends, he starts to really like her and he kinda grows on her.

This was a really fun story with lots of laughs and is the perfect light read story. If you are looking for a great romcon then this is a total winner.

All the Bright Lights is another wonderful story from Melissa Toppen. This book is fun and witty and filled with drama and emotions.

Clarke is a sassy and incredible heroine who refuses to be influenced by famous retired baseball player Treyton who has become an actor after his baseball days were over. She was understandably cautious around him and doesn't want to risk being hurt by the Hollywood heartthrob.

Trey works to build his trust with her. He is willing to do anything and everything he can to show her she is more than a quick and flashy thrill for him. The rollercoaster of emotions that Clarke and Trey go on will have you laughing crying, both good and bad tears, but ultimately their story will fill you with joy.

I would recommend this book.

Clarke is a sassy, confident, and independent, high end real estate agent. When Trey interrupts one of Clarke’s viewings, she is less than impressed with him, and he offers her a lucrative deal, but he has conditions. Will Clarke follow her head or her heart? This is a good story which is enjoyable with witty banter, humor, family, friendships, drama, angst, and love, which leads to an entertaining page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author.

Bad boy Treyton decides to woo successful, sweet realtor Clarke to improve his image. Hmm...ok. I loved Clarke from the start. She made Trey work for her attention. I loved the sass she gave him, even with as tempted as she was. However, I loved the moment that she let herself free from her own restraints and just let go. Drunk Clarke was fun too, and I loved Bonnie. I loved that while Clarke was strong, she had a little vulnerability to her. I also loved that the same trait was given to Trey though an ex love, while portraying him to be a ladies man. It's always fun watching the ways to make a man fall when he claims he won't. Loved it!

I couldn’t put this down! A great story about two people very different, learning to trust and knowing they are good enough. Clarke, successful realtor meets Treyton, a movie star, when he purchases a home and asks her to dinner to close the deal. She is not interested but goes. This begins an emotional tug of war for her as she falls for him and thinks he may feel the same. When she is given damaging evidence that him being with her wasn’t what it seemed she is devastated. A truly emotional but fun read with two characters that learn a lot about themselves and find the love they deserve.

All the Bright Lights was a very enjoyable story. Treyton is a former baseball player turned actor who is having a hard time getting work due to his personal life. His manager gets an idea to make him more likely to get hired for jobs. Clarke is a hard working realtor who is reluctant to fall for anyone due to her mothers past mistakes. These two were very entertaining from the beginning. I enjoyed watching them banter back and forth, let their walls down, and fall for one another. Their story had just enough angst to make things interesting. I will definitely be recommending this one to my reading buddies.

I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this book when I started, sometimes I live the characters Melissa Toppen gives and other times I just want to shake them. With this particular book I only felt the urge to throttle Treyton about 93% of the time lol. I enjoyed Clarke’s character right from the start: she had a plan for her professional life and was working to achieve those goals. The interactions between Treyton and Clarke were most entertaining, especially at the start because she was having none of his smooth talking playboy behavior, and I loved how she was upfront with her disdain for him. To be fair, he was acting like a complete tool.

This celebrity needing to change his image being set up by someone not in the business was so much fun to read.
Clarke is an independent, sassy takes no prisoners realtor and Treyton is a famous baseball player turned movie star in need of changing his image. Being set up with Clarke turned out more than he bargained for.
Despite some of their less than stellar first impressions, their chemistry was combustible in more ways than he imagined. Their banter was funny, snarky, and on point. What happens between them you have to read and find out!
Well paced, easy lighthearted story, this is a great read to get lost in on a lazy summer day.

This book really put my emotions into a tailspin and gave my heart an intense workout. Treyton and Clarke really made quite a pair. The chemistry and sparks they generated were simply electric! The story easily keeps you in its grip with a skillfully crafted combination of emotion, drama, heart, heat and twists. I found both of these characters likable, and I loved them as a couple. In the spirit of full disclosure, I must admit that Treyton had me totally charmed one minute and then desperate to throat punch him next. I am posting an unbiased, unsolicited review.

Melissa Toppen has done it again, what a great read, I was hooked from the start. Treyton is a former hot shot baseball player, turned actor. He is not having the best time with getting his career going, so his agent comes up with something to get it going. They decide to set him up with their realtor, Clarke. She is not what Treyton expected, she didn't take his crap. That is something he is not use to, women usually do whatever he wants. I loved the banter between these two but I did not like Treyton at first but as the story went on I started to change my feelings. A must read.

Wow!!! Such a great read. This is not my usual kind of read because I just don't like any kind of hollywood reads, but this one was so good. Melissa Toppen is that author that I read ANYTHING she writes and I'm glad that I took a chance on this one. I loved Treyton and Clarke's story and I think you will too. Their bickering between the two had me lol so much. I loved Clarke's sassiness and the way that she didn't let his celebrity status blind her. Didn't like Treyton at first, but boy did that change as their story continued. He sure won me over. This is a Must Read and anything by this author.

I found Melissa Toppen when I read TEN HOURS and WHAT COMES AFTER, two of my favorite stories. I have enjoyed her writings since then. She writes well with good storylines and likable characters. Treyton actually took some time for me to like, but he redeemed himself! He had his work cut out though. I liked Clarke from the beginning. The way she didn't roll over for him made me like this story even more. Their bantering definitely made me smile. A great HEA.
