Great read on how to take our authority that God has given us, with a heavy emphasis on prayer. There were some personal aspects of the author I didn’t relate to within the book but the overall message and practices were very insightful and made an impact.

This book is very well written. Mike goes in depth about every believer's authority. I recommend every believer of Jesus to read this book most especially if they dont know how or what authority in Jesus entails!

This book is so much more than the title indicates. It is strategic, timely, and spirit-stirring. It will inform you and align you. Knowledge and perspective are critical at this spiritual juncture. This book offers much.

Mike Thompson’s 3rd Heaven Authority is a fascinating read and is beautifully written. Mike’s testimony is both strong and compelling. His teaching on Ephesians was excellent, and I never questioned his sincerity.

However, while this book may deeply resonate with those who have had similar experiences, I personally found it difficult to fully engage with certain aspects. While I don’t doubt the author’s experiences, the sheer number of supernatural encounters—especially going up into the spirit world and speaking directly with God—made it difficult for me to relate.

Additionally, some key topics weren’t explained as thoroughly as I had hoped. For example, Mike emphasizes the importance of speaking in tongues (even practicing for two hours a day at one point), but he never really explains how to do it. As a Christian, I understand the concept, but I would have appreciated more guidance.

It also would have been helpful to explore why God gave him the ability to enter the spirit world.

Gosh, I wanted to like this book. I think there are a lot of good truths...however I can't count how many times Thompson wrote "I've studied this my whole life," like just because he has studied something....he is an authority on whatever the topic he is talking about? Almost to prove to us he knows what he's saying because of that.

He quotes scripture throughout, but none are put into context ....just sprinkled in to add to what he is trying to say.

Lastly....Now I'm not saying he is a liar or that I don't believe third heaven encounters can happen...however I have been a Christian my entire 42 years of life and I have not met one person in all my years that was taken out of their body while fully awake, through the ceiling and into the heavens with The archangel Michael no less ...nevermind continually like Thompson has. I'm not saying I guess it could never happen...it just seems a bit unbelievable

Used this book as a Bible study with others. Mike Thompson shares heavenly visitations he has had throughout his life commissioning him to teach the body of Christ third heaven authority. The things he shares during his writing helped stimulate amazing conversation in our study of biblical authority and we all walked away with such revelation and fortitude! Can’t recommend this enough!
