This was an interesting read. I did not realise that the toy business was so cut throat and competitive. The characters were ok, a little predictable and wooden but I did enjoy the read.
This is a book about the toy industry, but there's so much more to it than that. There's a romance and some mystery and deception. However, there are several typos, including one instance where the author misspells one of his main character's names. The romantic tension between the two main characters is sort of predictable, but the author (a toy industry veteran) had some good ideas going on here. Perhaps I enjoyed it simply because I understood what was going on toy-wise because I happen to work in the toy industry, too.
