Loved it!!
Carlos was your typical “I don’t do relationship ass male” and surprisingly I loved him. His reason didn’t stem from a woman breaking his heart it was from his mom breaking his dads heart and Big Los putting that on him. I’m so glad he met Raquel and that mindset shifted.
Raquel was a a good girl, a go getter and everything that Akeem didn’t deserve, he was a bum and he knew it too. I loved the relationship she found and developed with Carlos. She brought out the best in him and he treated her the way a queen deserves to be treated.
Still can’t believe that Storm was in her feelings over Carlos and did Raq dirty. She knew everything he had put her cousin through and still did that grimey BS smh. It really do be your own ppl. I wanna know how Akeem got to Virginia anyway with no damn car!???! 🤣

Carlos and Raquel
These flings have started off with a bang and already giving me life. Carlos is the man. I love his honesty and how he always kept it real with not just Raquel but everyone. He was so sure that nothing would come out of his fling with Raq but he found himself feeling and doing things he wouldn't normally do. Akeem got just what he was looking for cause Los gave him two chances to many. Raq didn't deserve none of the mess Keem was doing. She was a good hearted person and seemed to get the short end of the stick at times. Especially when her own cousin Storm brought harm right to her doorstep. Although I feel bad about what happened to her, karma's a bit#h. I'm glad everything turned out for the best for everyone. Now I can't wait to see what Dani Littlepage got going on in the ATL.💜💜

Storm came in at the right time and wisked Rocky away from the piece of trash called Akeem. Rocky being the beauty she is brought out the haters. Storm leaned that jealousy and envy will get you no where. Los is a good dude with barriers. Rocky came in and knocked em all down. Los can NEVER say NEVER again. Xena redeemed herself and big Los lit that flame right back up.

Unexpected Love Comes From A Place One Never Sees!
Shari B, good read. Seeing how Raquel had such a giving , loving, open heart, she only looked for the good in person. Loving the wrong man almost cost her more than she knew. Trusting family almost cost Raquel more than she wanted to admit. Thank God the plan didn't get to come to life. Carlos, was a straight shooter, because of his past he just never thought about his actions until he met Raquel. Watching this situation grow into a friendship first to a true love was beautiful.
Meeting Xena was one of the best things that could have happened to him. Meeting her put many things in place for him that he didn't know he needed until he got it. Good Read. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Summer Fling Indeed!!!
This book was SO GOOD!!!! The story line was great and it kept me interested to finish! Akeem was a bum. I wanted to wring Raquel neck for the way she was acting behind Akeem dog azz. I'm glad Storm came and got her to look in the mirror at herself and realize Akeem wasn't nothing but a bum. Carlos was bae. Storm was a jealous hater that deserved that ass whopping from Raquel. LuLu was a gossiping old lady but she was funny. Big Los made me sick with the way he wss acting. Sorry to say but that was Storm karma.

I really loved this story. Poor Rocky in the beginning was really going through and that it was ok to settle for what she was getting but I was glad when Storm came and got her. Now, her jealous spirit was something else but happy she got it together. Rocky and Carlos was everything ❤️❤️ I loved how they just matched well with each other. They brought life into each other and something beautiful became of it!!! Would love a update on them later on! Great job Ms. Shari

Helluva proposal
Los and Raq met under crazy circumstances but I love the genuine bond that the formed. It was a helluva proposal but when those lines got blurred, things became rocky and complicated. However things turned around in their favor. I love the other characters but Storm has me conflicted. She was trifling but turned herself around. If Raq can forgive her I can too. I enjoyed reading this story.

Storm was a whole pill...I'm not sure who I wanted to hurt more get or Akeem...Akeen was definitely a fn with how he treated Rocky... but the truth is a moan will only do what a woman allow and she was allowing a lot...I think either Posh or Rocky should have beat up Storm because her actions was too much...I'm glad Los decided to give her a chance but I totally loved his honesty in the beginning of the situation

I just love this story! Carlos was upfront about what he wanted but when you find the one you have to follow your heart. I never thought that Storm would do Rocky so dirty but sometimes family will cross before a stranger. Love that at the end Carlos and Rocky were together.

Summer fling turned into forever
Great read. Story kept you engaged. I love Los and Roqs relationship. He kept it 100 with her out the gate, but feelings got involved and he didn't know exactly how to feel. Storm was a snake ass cousin and showed Roq how she really felt about her, but I'm the end she had no one else she could run to. Loved this book.
