I am an aspiring writer who have always enjoyed seeing stories unfold; whether it was in the form of novels, tv shows, movies, etc. Each story had different characters. differentl worlds and different elements which I enjoyed a lot. I feel that it is now my turn to tell a story and hopefully entertain and maybe inspire someone to come up with their own or to just follow their dreams and passion just as I am.

Heka Chronicles: Volume 1- Breakout by OAE📚

Heka Chronicles was an incredible short fiction with a punch. The whole book was actually a prison break sequence. It had action, science, technology, drama and superpowers. I'm a huge fan of characters with superpowers, be it magical, scientific or super hero types. This book vaguely reminded of a show I used to watch when I was younger called Heroes.

The characters and the powers in the book were so different and enticing to read about. The writing style was punchy and dramatic. The tone of the story had flair and charm to it. The pace of the book was blistering fast. The narration was in third person and it gave viewpoint narrative. I loved the different kind of powers that was shown and the author had actually explained about each one of it.

The story was about 2 individuals trying to break out a high powered prisoner. But all their plans go haywire when the whole prison gets unlocked. In the chaos of it all, they each face a series of obstacles which were bizarre and insane. I loved the battle scenes and the ending was perfect. It set up the next book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read about superpowers and prison breaks.
