Wow. Impressive! This is by far the most comprehensive and practical step-by-step guide to implementing business strategies that I've come across in my extensive reading. It may not be universally applicable (just like all the other algorithms in the world), there might be some steps I would get rid of, but it definitely serves as an excellent basic framework for any entrepreneur. Highly recommended!

Business is accumulation of many departments and to run it successfully, the author explains how to strategize in every department in simpler form with updated techniques to achieve maximum results. The author has presented nine step approach which through strategy and execution together solidifies priorities, engagements, leading to achievable results and thus makes it possible to realize your vision for your business.
The author is an expert in his field and hence he accurately empowers business with his guidance. I found it quite clear to understand how to approach in making changes as the author has used clear writing style. Every advice is carefully outlined to avoid confusion. I will recommend it to my friends and family, and it is a must read for every business owner and their team.

“The strategy Handbook” is an ideal guide to help readers develop abilities and trading strategies. Following the advice of a great educator and writer, I could discover a lot of useful tools to face this process.
This reading operated a great change in my working life and in the way I thought of my businesses. Supporting the concept that establishes that a well designed strategy is the beginning and ending of any institution, I could grow and start generating better and more attractive strategies.
I found the book interesting from the cover which reminds readers of a very well-known image in the world of finance and businesses to the summaries, graphs and practical exercises it includes.

The Strategy Handbook: The Secret Sauce to Daily Business Success is an incredibly helpful book by the highly successful strategist Jeroen Kraaijenbrink.
Kraaijenbrink breaks down the normally highly complex systems of strategy into simple, step by step, easy to follow processes. He provides case examples and helpful charts and notes throughout the book to aid in making the information highly accessible and understandable in a short timeframe.
I feel that the book is incredibly helpful not only to any manager or CEO of an organization, but even for anyone wanting to understand the basic nut and bolt principles of success.
A great book that I’m thankful to have read, The Strategy Handbook is one you will be glad to have in your literary toolbox.

Kraaijenbrink provides us with secret ingredients to excel in business, not only by making use of our experience in it but also by our wit and strategic mindset. He has employed easy-to-grasp tools, strategies, charts and examples of real cases to show us a clearer idea of what everything he is trying to convey is about. Step by step, the author teaches us how to succeed by incorporating business strategies into our daily routines in the field. Even though this may sound difficult, with a good teacher such as Kraaijenbrink, the information becomes almost a piece of cake. Loved it!

The author, with plenty of knowledge and with decades of experience, has a distinctive, clear and pleasant writing style that made the book so easy and understandable that anyone can access to it, with or without having an idea of the topic.
I learned simple concepts as well as complex strategies and now I’m capable of explaining what I learned to others.
This is the first time I read a book from Jeroen Kraaijenbrink but I’ll absolutely keep choosing him.

Well written and with clear explanations, this reading is easy to follow and the length isn’t something that botters really, I learnt a lot. It certainly opened my mind. It is a very good guide and I knew it from the very beginning. I would undoubtedly read more books by author Kraaijenbrink because I liked his ideas, experience and how he writes.

The author is clear and straightforward in his explanations. His writing style is clean and to the point, but I think the book could be a bit shorter. The information is well organized which is something positive to go back and re read the part needed.
