I’ve seen a common theme with Kindle Unlimited non-fiction books and unfortunately this book is included. It looks choppy- all different fonts and alignments sort of smashed together. The sections are perhaps a bunch of articles by different authors? Sections repeat information and sometimes contradict previous sections. The case study stories are strangely told in a way with no conclusion or helpful information. There was nothing in this book that isn’t in a better edited basic OCD book.

it’s good!

I found it to be pretty repetitive at times but the content was good and helpful. I like the apps and stories from otbers
