إنها تحدثه بشأن ذكرى تعارفهما، لكن صوتها لا يصل لزوجها كما لو كان يستحيل عليه سماعها ، بينما هو يصل صوته لها...!!
هى تتوهم بأنهما "يتبادلا حديثاً شيقاً وليس عليه ان يسارع بالمغادرة" ...
ماذا لو شاءت الأقدار ليصبح الابن نسخة شبيهة بابيه ولكن كلاهما يسمع الأخر ، تحدثه عن ذكريات طفولته ، ولكنه يأخذ حديثها على محمل السخرية ...وتراها تُعيد الجملة ذاتها "اننا نتبادل حديثاً شيقاً وليس عليه ان يسارع بالمغادرة " ...
لم ينصت اليها احد ..لم يشعرها احد برغبته في تبادل الحديث معها ، ولا ان يمنحها قسطاً من الاهتمام والاحساس بالأمان....
مضت سنوات وفقدتهما ، أصبحت عجوزاً و مازالت تُحيك وشاحاً صوفياً لكل منهما ولكن اذ بالخيوط تنسل وتتعثر بها بل وتلتف حولها كما لو كانت شرك ...أجل شرك الذكريات تنصبه وحيدة معزولة لا يأبه لها أحد ...ولا يبقى لها سوى ذكريات طفولتها وشبابها الجميلة ، تلك التي تخصها وحدها..
يقاطع المشاهد صوت الخادمة يُعاد مراراً بتقديم " شاي بعد الظهيرة " ...رغم رفض الزوجين باطلاق تلك التسمية عليه ، إنه حقاً يوحي بالرتابة والسأم واللاشيء ، يراودني احساس قوي إنه لو تشاركا اثنان في تناوله ما كسر عزلة اي منهما.😏
واخيراً في خلفية المشهد هنالك حركة موضوعية ذات دلالة عميقة وقوية يكاد المعنى كله يتوارى خلفها ألا وهى صرير الباب العنيد الذي تطالب المرأة بإصلاحه مراراً وفي كل مرة تعدها الخادمه بأنهم سيأتون لإصلاحه ...ولكن لم يأت أحد...

The play can be considered a play of absurd Theatre , is about the routine and repetition in life,
The four characters in this play are involved in themselves .,
The protagonist is a Middle aged woman who are living in an extreme isolation, both her husband and her son don’t care about what she is saying or what she feels.
And that they both cant held a conversation everyone is speaking to himself,And self-centered

the cook keeps repeating the same words even after she was told to stop saying them…
but she is used to these words and cant replace it with other words…
the husband only thinks in his work and sees his Competitors as his enemies in a battle field ,and that life is all about struggling every minute ...
this isolation is clear when her husband say that everyone should
concentrate his effort in achieving success and without this effort ,there is not any meaning in life….
His wife pick the word concentrate saying although she was concentrating to remember where has she heard the old Waltz,that keeps repeating in her head….
she just couldn’t remember…
He wants to go out she demanded that he stay as they where having an exciting conversation…
Here the writer is bitterly mocking the Shattered Relationship between them,as the wife describes it as exciting while it is a cold and boring one…
After he left she kept recalling her grief and memories,and remembering the ball where she first meet her husband ,and the words he said when he propose to her,she found that it is the same words he was saying a moment later.
That life is not a joke…
And one should struggle to avoid Drowning In Difficulties
And the same scene is repeated when the son comes ,speaking about his own glory,research, same routine and repetition….

She never stop speaking about the past how her son look when he was a baby,his hair co lour…her son get bored of her and left…

The same words she repeats when her son is about to leave…..again he wants to show the tragedy of human relationships and the formality Family relationship has turned
The symbols are used in this play in a very clever way….
The double door that is difficult to be opened ,and this difficulty is increased gradually….
And at last this door is closed, and she was left alone,symbolize for her depressing and closed life ,and even in her temporary prison,she kept remembering her childhood memory of the singing birds and the lemon tree..she used to watch…
The moment she died,the double door opened as a sign for the end of her routine life……

مؤلمة جدا جدا ... امرأة في منتصف العمر تعاني من وحدة قاتلة لا يستمع إليها أحد حين تتحدث تفقد زوجها وابنها ثم عقلها في نهاية الأمر مع مجاولات مستميتة لتذكر ما أسعدها في الماضي القديم ... تقنية الكتابة تجريبية تميل إلى مسرح العبث وإن كانت جرعة الألم أكبر

فكرة المسرحية جيدة واعتمادها على شخصية واحدة بالأساس يمثل تحديا كبيرا، في هذه الجزئية فقط كان من الواضح نقطة ضعف المسرحية، حيث لم يتطور حوار الشخصية على النحو الذي يدفع بالمسرحية نحو الذروة على سبيل المثال، أتى في وتيرة واحدة، ورغم ذلك تظل مسرحية جيدة.

امرأة لا يسمعها احد، فلم يسمعها زوجها الذي كان معها قبل ان يغادرها ولا ابنها الذي حين خاطبته لم يهتم لما قالت وتركها ورحل ثم فقدتهما معاً لم يسمعها ايهما، وعندما فقدتهما جنت لفقدانهما.

بين ربة المنزل الغاضبه من خادمتها بسبب الشاي و الباب المعطوب و معضلتها مع اهل بيتها و عدم سماعهم كلامها

وبين زوجها الذي لم يتخطى حتى اخر يوم له فكرة تقاعدة و إنتهاء عملة و الذي يخرج بعد شرب الشاي كل يوم

في عدة ورقات تعرض عدة مشاكل عائلية نفسيه ولكن بنهايات حزينة
