Excellent descriptive prose. This author has a rare gift of writing a short story with all the requirements needed for a full length novel. Not an easy task. My favorite story was 'A Toddler and A Muffin.' Charming, humorous , and from a child's POV would be thought provoking. Thoroughly enjoyable.
