The Evidence for the Sixth Sense: Divine Intervention 2, the Journey Continues

Whether you’re interested in life after death, gurus, miracles, or psychic communication, this book offers compelling evidence for the "sixth sense." In 1998, Hazel Courteney survived a near-death experience, which triggered intense paranormal activity; she shared her story in Divine Intervention. Here, she seeks the truth about her spiritual powers and uncover evidence for the existence of the "sixth sense." In Arizona, she takes part in Dr. Gary Schwartz’s landmark Afterlife Experiments and receives verification that consciousness survives death. Psychiatry professor Stanislav Grof explains the difference between spiritual emergency and psychosis. She meets "miraculous" gurus as well as scientists who explain what makes enlightened beings extraordinary. Finally, her quest takes her to biophysicist Dr. Harry Oldfield, who offers proof of the energy patterns of ghosts, and Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, who explains the science behind miracles.

I liked this book which gives a fascinating insight into psychic ability - and touches on quantum physics. I would have to say I don't buy the stuff about Sai Baba and that people "imagine" sexual abuse by being around him and having "stuff coming up". No way. To be fair, though Courteney isn't saying she agrees with that theory, but that she is keeping an open mind. Still a good book though and worth reading if you are interested in the subject. Has anyone read the first book?

Quite an interesting book, enjoyed reading it. A lot of information that can be hard to take in. I was never quite sure about the Princess Diana parts!.
