And now that she has returned to their dimension, they will stop at nothing to get their revenge.
When Tori and Dragomir are captured, their powers bound, they must find another way to free themselves. But how can they defeat suffocating black magic or escape a tower surrounded by the flaming lake of fire?

This is an incredible series and just as you think it can’t get any better, BAM! The author blows us away with this latest book. Tori and her mates are together and their story is just awesome and very gripping and steamy and just as you think it is all settling down, nope, twists are thrown our way and darkness strikes again. It’s an exciting and thrilling read and as once again we find ourselves joining the fight against evil, this time to save Tori and Dragomir as they find themselves in a boat load of trouble. Witches, shifters, revenge, danger, magic and incredible world building had me captivated and on the edge of my seat. I have to say that I think this could be my favourite book so far and that’s saying something cause I love this series!
In the fiery depths of hell, a gripping saga unfolds, as an old grudge and unyielding love ignites a power struggle that ensnares the underworld. The demon pack faces a daunting challenge, requiring them to conquer doubt, distrust, and the fear of losing one another to emerge victorious in the looming battle! 🔥 Intriguing, tense, and suspenseful - very entertaining 👍
I've always enjoyed Tara's books but this latest one is a masterpiece! It picks up pretty much after the last one, Tori is now with her mates and adjusting very well to her new life. She and Benjamin are the reincarnation of Daeva and Horatiu, and as their memories of their past life emerges, they feel complete. Although poor Horatiu, as Benjamin on Earth, suffered at the hands of his mortal brothers, it appears that Dragomir, Cyrus and Lucian are second-guessing everything Horatiu does or says, questioning his decisions. When it finally came to a head and the brothers acknowledged their error, I gave myself a high five! Beautifully written, so touching. The plot was magnificent, the thrills unravelling as the story progresses, I was on the edge of my seat throughout. My word can there be an evil more pronounced than the Vindictus? Their evil permeated through so vividly, the torture, their glee at hurting others, is vile. I enjoyed the visual landscape, so bereft of life, as well as the challenges the brothers and Tori have to stay ahead of the Vindictus, so exciting. I'd almost forgotten how much I loved Bug, what a gorgeous character, and when more of his kind are revealed, I was in 7th heaven! And goodness me does this plot evolve! So many twists, so many turns, so much unexpected, I was captivated completely. When Phoenix enters the mix, I was delighted, she's a favourite character of mine, as is Jezabeth. But wait, there's more! There's even a dragon, yes, a dragon and a snarky one at that! The final scenes I could never have imagined, how Hecate is released from her prison, her abilities and magic exploded a whole new vista, magnificent. As with all of Tara's books, the steam level is high and deliciously executed. This is probably my favourite book in the series, don't get me wrong, I loved all the prior ones too but this one turned up the ante, the storyline unfolded like an onion, one segment at a time to reveal a beautiful story, strong plot, great paced, magnificent book
After a years-long hiatus following the first three books, I decided to return to Tara West's captivating world—and I was instantly hooked all over again. I completely binge-read the rest of the 11-book series and fell back in love with every page.
I am utterly in awe of Tara West’s storytelling prowess. Her plotting is flawless; each book seamlessly piggybacks off the previous one, continually ramping up the action and emotional stakes. What truly made this series shine was the consistent presence of the main cast. Watching the characters evolve, grow, and see their families expand across so many books felt incredibly special and forged a deep, lasting connection to the entire narrative. The adorably fierce female leads and the irresistible male characters—who had me positively melting—were unforgettable.
Remarkably, every book gets better than the last. You witness Tara West's writing evolve into something truly magical, and her creativity in crafting this world is astounding. Now that I’m finished, the fictional world she built is one I genuinely miss. It's that rare series you wish you could step into and live in! I'm so glad I returned to this journey; it is, without a doubt, something special. I can't wait to read more from Tara West
This book grabbed me from page one and I stayed up all night to finish because I couldn't put it down!!! Tori and her mates story keeps getting better and better, and the twists and turns keep you biting your nails. Have I said before that I love bug??? And I am happy of the turn of events with him ( B&D) I am hoping to read a short story on them 😉. It was very interesting to learn how this hell came to be what it was and how much harm the vindicus had caused. This book is a jewel, filled with little tidbits and hints of what's to come next!!! I know I am forgetting stuff.... Just, read it, you won't regret it!!!
Wow, this book was beyond amazing. I could not stop reading no matter what I needed to do. It moves along at a pace which is perfect for the flow of the story. Speeding up and slowing down when needed. The characters are fantastic and you feel as though you know them. You want to be there for them no matter what happens. You cannot help but love them. This book is a must read and it needs to be read. You will not be sorry that you did.
This book flowed so well. If it weren't for spoilers, I'd be able to tell you what all I loved about this book. LOL! Tara builds characters you invest in, and a few that you want to smack upside the head...with a shovel, and some that you cackle in delight when they get their just desserts. Can't WAIT until the next one...Or several. They potentially can go on forever, generationaly (?) You can't go wrong with Tara, give her a go!
I have to say this may be the best book of true UNDYING LOVE for a mate yet in the series.
I ABSOLUTELY loved the family dynamics and the love they share. They way they argue but would do anything for each other and their mate but also the way they cared for the slaves and others outside their immediate family.
There is lots of action that is never ending or slowing down, it keeps going to the very end. Highly recommended!!!!
Getting captured by Vindictus witches changes everything!! With their mate and one of their brothers being held, Lucian is responsible for finding a way to get them back. Meanwhile, Tori and Dragomir are learning more than they ever thought possible. The torture they are put through is inconceivable, but those taking care of them are becoming allies.
Wow! Just… WOW! Of course there had to be more than meets the eyes when it came to these demons. Sheeeeeweeee was it worth it! And now that things have been righted and everything seems to be slowing down how much more of this world can we expect to have?
