This little book was a fun, but quick read that has two "covers". Depending on which way you flip the book, you can learn about Halloween history (tricks) or find delicious recipes (treats). While this isn't a deep dive, and most of the content is made up of quotes and recipes, it's a fun little book and a nice way to pass 30 minutes.

This is a children's book that is probably more geared for teenagers or adults. There are interesting recipes (treats) and a fascinating artistic and historical look at the holiday and cultrual beliefs (tricks). There's even a bit of a gimmick, where you have to turn the book over to see each side. Not nearly as interesting for younger children as it is for adults, but our girls liked the pictures.
