Bought this book for $3 from B&N and it was worth it. More like a self care book not just about gratitude. I reflected and wrote quite a few things from each chapter to improve in my life. When people of color write books, support them.

¿Qué puedo decir de este libro? Me dio paz mientras lo leía y muy buenas recomendaciones para ser más consciente de mi entorno y agradecer de la misma forma a todo lo que nos rodea, a lo que soy y a lo que quiero ser.

Simplemente con saber que en promedio despertamos 26 mil veces si bien nos va en la vida, te hace reflexionar sobre cómo aprovechar cada mañana y cada día al máximo.

¿Qué harías si supieras la fecha exacta de tu muerte? Todos vamos a morir en algún punto y no sabemos si será pronto o no así que hay que saber disfrutar y tratar de hacer un bien personal pero también común

Me encanta que toma el tema del medio ambiente y cómo introducir ciertos hábitos a tu vida para ayudar con tu granito de arena 💚

Mi ritual/hábito favorito nuevo que trataré de implementar será pensar en mi día y reflexionar en todo lo bueno del mismo y empezar a escribir más seguido mis sentimientos y mis historias internas 💗

Ho appena finito il libro!
Abbastanza unconventional, una lettura leggera prima di andare a letto con degli spunti che fanno riflettere sulla quotidianità e su come applicare i principi della gratitudine ad essa.
Il libro si basa molto sulla filosofia orientale, specialmente diverse correnti del Buddhism, specialità e passione degli autori.
Mi è piaciuta la semplicità con cui i concetti vengono spiegati e i suggerimenti per applicarli nel quotidiano.
Per cui si aspetta da questo libro un breakthrough o un approfondimento psicologico sulla gratitudine, probabilmente non sarà il libro per voi, ma se siete alla ricerca di una lettura leggera e una introduzione alla pratica della gratitudine per iniziare a guardare il mondo da un’ottica diversa e più focalizzata sul presente, might give it a go!

Ps: complimenti all’art illustrator per le belle e colorate illustrazioni!

Nice, short and sweet start for people trying to introduce more mindfulness, self care, and gratitude into their lives. Very easy to digest even though there was a lot of quality content. They also reference topics that the reader can explore further if they are interested - which it makes it a great introduction book.

This was a bit much for me. Quite a few good ideas that I can see myself trying, but not anything I haven't heard before. And what I hadn't heard before was on the extreme side or just so specific that it could only apply to a select few.
