It's an idyllic summer's afternoon down by the stream, the swans are sleeping on lily pad pillows, and nothing stirs except the occasional dragonfly. Then all of a sudden, the peace is rudely shattered.

A "whodunit" story about a smelly day in the countryside. He who smelt it, dealt it? Potty/gross humor is always a popular subject with kids.

The kids liked this more than I did...especially Amelia which was a bit of a surprise. Our most memorable books appear to have some toilet humour in them! The kids would've rated this one a 5!
