I'm not a big fan of love triangles but this one works well.
Nick arrives in town and when he meets Frankie, he realizes she is the woman he's been waiting for all his life. Only trouble is that he has recently become engaged to the sister of his best friend who has been in love with him since she was a teenager.
Frankie is a divorcée and has no intention of being the other woman and bringing heartbreak to Vicky. Holding off Nick is not so easy however because she is just as attracted to him.
How they sort out the mixup makes for a nice little story and though I'm a stickler for fidelity, it's very clear almost from the first that Vicky's feeling for Nick is not what it should be. She gets her own story in this series which is based at Denison Memorial Hospital.
The ending was well done.
