Everybody should read this, not only doctors
You work hard for your money; work at least a little to protect them. There are a few (really few!) lawyers that specialize in asset protection, and their fees may even be offset by tax differences between personal property and LLC. For a physician, there might be a higher financial risk from someone breaking a leg on his property than from badly treating a broken leg in his office.
