Theresa Yosuico Stahl, RDN, LDN, FAND is passionate about helping people live full and satisfying lives. She has been promoting food as medicine for 4 decades. She is certified in mind-body medicine and serves as a supervisor with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.

She is the author of the book, I’m Full: Remindful Eating Tips to Feel Great and Make Peace with your Plate. She consults with the Allegany Health Department and teaches with Allegany College of Maryland’s Center for Continuing Education.

Theresa serves as vice-chair of the Western Maryland Food Council and is a member of the Maryland Food System Resiliency Council, Community, the Allegany College of Maryland Community Resilience Network, and the University of Maryland’s Extension Advisory Committee.
