I am so in love with the Dating Season series! Chloe's dating adventures are hilarious, heartfelt and very hot and steamy!

~ Tis the Reason for the Season: A Dating Season Prequel #0.5
I loved this prequel to Chloe's dating adventures! We finally get the backstory that really started Chloe's journey to get out of her comfort zone, be brave enough to put herself out there, and try new things. It was fun to see flashback events in college showing how Chloe, Charlotte and Austin became best friends. In present time, Chloe had me laughing out loud with her quirky inner thoughts and reasonings for the things she does, as she tries to get the courage to tell Austin about her feelings. There are so many hilarious moments, like the food porn scene, and some tender moments as well. But what really broke my heart was what finally set Chloe on her path to be a better person. Chloe is relatable and charming and you can't help but cheer for her happiness. Chloe's dating adventures in the Dating Season series is totally addictive, hilarious, heartfelt and very hot and steamy! This is a great introduction to this amazing and clever series and I absolutely loved it!

~ Spring Fling #1
What a fun start to the Dating Season series! Chloe is feeling left behind with her best friend, Charlotte about to be married, and her secret crush, Austin, is dating someone else. So one night, after too many drinks, Charlotte sets up a profile for Chloe on a dating app. Chloe agrees to go on a date with Finn, who responds from the app. Finn is the total opposite from Chloe, but she wants to give him an honest chance. So begins their funny, awkward, and steamy, dating adventures. I totally connected with Chloe and her endearing quirks. She seems a bit insecure but she has a quiet strength that I love. Charlotte is a wonderfully supportive friend and Austin is so sweet and kind and really appreciates Chloe for who she is. This is a hilarious story with fun banter, heartfelt emotion and lots of steamy. I can't wait for more of Chloe's dating adventures in the next episode!

~ Summer Rebound #2
Chloe continues her journey to be brave and try new things in this incredibly entertaining, witty, and steamy second episode of the Dating Season series! Chloe's friend Charlotte picks out a tattooed, sexy biker for her next date. She is nervous at first, but she had never gone for a bad boy before, so she jumped in with both feet and landed in a pool of jello. But hey, she was being brave! She connected with Dune right from the start with his sexy lip ring, tattoos, love of lists, and mathematical statistics, what could be hotter? Dune introduced Chloe to a whole new world that her roommate, and secret crush, Austin, was not happy about. But Chloe had to learn how to love herself and discover her own likes and limits. I love Chloe with all her quirks, and her journey to grow and learn, and step out of her comfort zone. This was so hilarious, heartfelt, and sizzling hot, and I had a blast reading it! I can't wait for more of Chloe's dating adventures in episode #3, Fall Hard!

~ Fall Hard (Dating Season #3)
Chloe and her hilarious dating adventures continue when she meets Ryan's beard! Chloe is moving forward with her pottery business. She rents a booth to sell her pottery but there is a mix-up and Ryan is assigned to the same booth. They connect and have fun right from the start and begin seeing each other. They have so much in common from art to love of history facts, to their explosive chemistry. Chloe and her friend Charlotte swoon so much over Ryan's beard, that even her roommate and not so secret crush, Austin, starts to grow one. Ryan is sweet, funny, adventurous, but a total mamma's boy, making things awkward at times. When he never comes to pick her up on dates, Charlotte and Austin begin questioning his worthiness. When Chloe and Ryan really open up about their pasts, and the secrets they're keeping, will they be able to keep their hot and steamy romance going? I love Chloe more and more with each adventure. She loves her friends, owns up to her faults, and then grows from them. I love her quirks, inner thoughts and sense of adventure. There are so many clever and hilarious moments but the sandwich making and pottery lesson scene is the absolute best! This episode was so hilarious, heartfelt, and sizzling hot, and the ending made my jaw drop! I just can't get enough of Chloe's dating adventures!

~ Winter Bloom (Dating Season #4)
This episode of Chloe's dating adventures finds her trying to rid herself of major guilt. While trying to atone for her actions in the last episode, her well meaning intentions almost end in disaster. Lucky for her, she meets Logan, a sweet, kind, sexy man who helps her feel normal, rather than a bad person who makes mistakes. There is an ease to being with him, they enjoy being together, having fun, along with some very hot sizzling passion! Chloe is also helping Charlotte with her wedding, while trying to avoid Austin and Lucy and all their PDA. There are so many hilarious moments, and some tender moments as well, as Chloe tries to navigate a new life that may not include her best friends anymore. I love this series and Chloe so much. She is so relatable as she tries, and sometimes fails epically, to make a happy life for herself. She is so afraid of being alone, and left behind, as her friends find love. But she is so much stronger than she realizes at times. Winter Bloom drops another shocker at the very end! I have loved the direction each of these stories have taken, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here in the next episode, Spring Fever!

~ Spring Fever (Dating Season #5)
Chloe's hilarious dating adventures change when she tries to be a selfless friend, comforting Austin after the stunning news he revealed in the last episode. But as she is trying to keep his mind off of his troubles, she feels like he might be flirting with her. Can she risk her heart taking a chance with her roommate and crush, especially if Lucy wins him back? What about sweet Logan? She also finds herself being the adult when Charlotte faces a new challenge as well. This year of self growth is making Chloe happier, and more confident. Now the biggest challenge yet happens when an unexpected dream opportunity presents itself. How will she know what to do, when it will turn her whole life upside down? Chloe continues to grow stronger and more responsible in this hilarious, heartfelt, and sizzling series. I love how Chloe is still quirky, loyal and supportive, and her inner thoughts are the best! I just can't get enough of Chloe's laugh-out-loud, dating adventures, and I can't wait to find out what she will do next in Summer Lovin!

~ Summer Lovin (Dating Season #6)
What a perfect conclusion to this amazing and completely addictive series! We have followed Chloe over six hilarious dating seasons while she learned to be a better person, and maybe find love along the way. In this sixth and final season, Chloe finally has everything she has ever wanted. She is feeling more confident in herself, is starting a business she loves, has good friends who are there for her, and a new exciting relationship with Austin. But when life has always found a way to let you down, Chloe tries to set up a plan B. What happens when that plan undermines what she and Austin are trying to build? Could it rip them apart before they ever really begin? I absolutely loved everything about this journey with Chloe. It's been a bumpy ride at times, but also an excellent and ultimately warm series that lets us see Chloe at her most relatable and charming self. She is still quirky, loyal and supportive, and I love how her hilarious inner thoughts now help her stop her mistakes before they set her back. I also love all the hilarious and quirky friends she has found along the way, to add to her best friends Austin and Charlotte. The Dating Season series was so hilarious, heartfelt, and sizzling hot, and I had a blast reading it!

SPRING FLING: Fun little start to what is going to be a bumpy ride. Chloe is on the verge of becoming a spinster waiting to die alone at the rate her romantic life is going. Her friend sets her up on a dating site and, well, she gets a good start. If only she were able to get her secret crush out of her head. There is plenty of humor (and sexiness.) I particularly enjoy how Chloe is self-deprecating. She see's her faults and weaknesses... granted she doesn't do a whole lot to change them, but she knows. She's a little quirky at times. She almost comes across as prudish at first, but then she meets her first dating app match, and it's like she is awakened. This is one novella in a set of 6. It's doesn't have your typical ending as her story continues in the future books, but there is an end of sorts in regards to her current dating experience. You will definitely want to continue reading and find out how (or with whom) she finally settles with. There is sexual content that may be deemed suitable for mature readers. It is written from her POV only.

SUMMER REBOUND: Part two in this mini-series. Each book in this six book series, features the same Heroine with a different man, as she tries to find her Mr. Right. Book one (Spring Fling) featured the gym rat, this book features the biker bad boy. Dune may be a member of an motorcycle club, but he has a sweeter side to him... but oh does he haves some kinks. Chloe is a bit of a homebody, and not all that adventurous, but she's trying to be more daring and doesn't have a too horrible of a time doing all the high octane events Dune has planned for her. She's a bit self-depreciating, and you feel sorry for her in some ways, because she tries so hard to be the person the men want her to be, but she is also smart enough to know, it will never last long-term if she isn't true to herself. There are many laughs. This is a light-hearted read. It is written from her POV. While this is part of a collection, each book can be read as a stand alone, except they don't have HEA endings (yet.) Its not that they end with a cliffhanger, it just ends when the relationship ends with a 'to be continued,' while we wait for the another fellow to come along in the next installment. There is a lot of sexual content that is suitable for mature readers. This is a novella, so it reads quite quickly, and easily.

FALL HARD: Another sexy and fun read in the series of dating catastrophes. In this installment, Chloe (the Heroine) didn't meet her newest man through the dating app as she had previously done. They happened to meet organically. Well, sort of. This man and his beard. She is all about that beard. ;) But then she meets his mom. While each novella can be read as a stand alone, they all go together to form the whole story. There is no HEA ending.... yet. I would highly suggest reading them in order to get the full story, as there are parts that carry over from book to book as we follow Chloe on her quest to find 'The One' all the while trying to keep her spirits up. We are also watching her try to get over her longtime crush on her roommate and good friend, Austin, as she realizes he is getting closer to popping the question to his girlfriend. There is sexual content that is suitable for mature readers. There are lots of laughs. No tears included. This is a good fun light-hearted story.

WINTER BLOOM: The story keeps getting better. This book is part of a 6 book series that don't necessarily end with cliffhangers, but its not the complete story. We follow Chloe through seasons as she works her way through men, trying to find her Mr. Right, all the while trying to get over the long time crush she has on her friend slash roommate. In the previous books, the new relationships never lasted and ended before the book was over... this one is a little different, as the current love interest hasn't shown any red flags, but her relationship with her roommate changes. There is sexual content and a teeny bit of angst. There are laughs throughout. Its a quick read (more along the lines of novella length.) It's a fun story, with appealing characters. Overall, the series is an enjoyable read, and you'll be pulled in by Chloe and her struggles with unrequited love. It's written from her POV entirely. Suitable for mature readers.

SPRING FEVER: Oooooohhh... it's getting good now. The end is in sight. In the fifth book in the series (you'll need to read the books in order to fully follow and understand the characters,) Chloe is doing some deep thinking. She is also doing a lot of comparison between Austin (her long time crush/roommate) and Logan (her current and so far most successful relationship.) Nothing is wrong with either men, and she feels safe with both, but she has a deeper connection to one. But choosing that one also means greater risk should it not succeed. Same great characters. Some surprises. Some laughs. A little angst. The sexual content is minimal in this book. It is a quick read from Chloe's POV. It's fun to get inside Chloe's head, even when she is having her down moments. This entire series has been an delightful read.

SUMMER LOVIN: Great ending to this 'mini-series.' Chloe finally ends her seasons of dating. This book continues where the previous book (Spring Fling) ends, and you'll need to read the series in order to follow the storyline. Chloe, afraid of being alone starts using a dating app in attempt to find her Mr. Right. Each book in the series features a different man whom she dates. All the while trying to get over her longtime crush. In the previous book she finds someone who could be that person, but then someone else steps in and making her have to choose. This book is about that decision along with some twists that might make her second guess herself. This is a fun, mostly light-hearted humorous read. The characters are great. There is some sexual content, but it's not overly done. It reads quickly (as it is a novella,) and easily. It is written from her POV.

TIS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON (PREQUEL): While released after the fact, this is a prequel to the Dating Season series. It gives you a little background on the friends and how Chloe's crush on Austin began. It can be read before or after reading the series.. which you'll need to read in it's entirety to get the complete story. It can be a good way to get a glimpse into the characters if you are unsure about the series, or as a bonus if you have already read it. :) Written in the same style as the rest of the books, from her POV. It's got humor. This book takes place before any of the dating/relationships start, so there isn't any sexual content, other than some innuendos here and there. It is a short quick read. A couple hours at most. A good and fun story with a little bit of unrequited love.

SPRING FLING
Dating is a time-consuming nightmare that usually ends in despair, but Chloe was willing to try anything! Her best friend Charlotte pleaded with her to create a profile for a dating app so she could see what kind of men were out there in the dating world. Chloe’s perfect man was her other best friend, Austin, and she measured all her dates against him. Chloe could only dream about being with him and not a day goes by when she isn't thinking about him. She had nothing to lose by trying the dating app and who knows, maybe this time she will find her perfect match. Hopefully someone handsome, funny, thoughtful and who liked her for who she was. Someone just like Austin!! Oh boy, she was in big trouble.
SUMMER REBOUND
Summer is my favorite season, and I was hoping it would bring Chloe good luck in her quest to find her perfect match. The alluring mystery surrounding hot, sexy tattooed bikers is one that has haunted women for years. There is a fascination with the nomad lifestyle and the roar of the motorcycle as the wind blows through your hair while you are hanging onto your man for dear life. Chloe was surprised that Dune had a real job and was somewhat serious even -- though he did look like an extra from Sons of Anarchy. He didn’t fit the image she had in her mind of what a biker was like. She was willing to give it a shot, because why not? She was out to meet different men who would take her out of her comfort zone. Dune was definitely unlike any man she had ever met. He was a bit gruff, dominating and brutally honest. Was he the man to make her heart pound, lavish her with love and share in her hopes in dreams, or was Dune and his biker persona too hot for Chloe to handle? Chloe wasn’t sure she wanted to be someone’s old lady, so perhaps once things started to cool down in the fall, the right guy would be waiting by a romantic bonfire, ready to win her heart.
FALL HARD
Poor Chloe!! I had hoped that the cool autumn days would be the perfect time for her to fall in love. As much as she liked Ryan and was attracted to him, she was actually in lust with his sexy beard. Was it possible to date a guy because you were infatuated with his beard? Chloe thought she should give it a try. They had fun on their dates, discussed their side businesses and she learned more than she wanted to about beard care. Throughout her dating app journey, Chloe continued to compare her possible suitors to her best friend Austin. This was probably not a good thing to do while you were trying to find your soulmate. Unless your better half, the man of your dreams, was your roommate all along. The man who cooks for you, listens to your dating woes and is always there for you. Austin seems to scowl at her choice of dates and always has a snarky comment. Maybe he should man up and confess his true feelings for Chloe before she swipes right and selects her next date -- someone who can keep her warm during the long, cold winter. Who would Chloe really want to find under her Christmas tree? We will find out soon!
WINTER BLOOM
Chloe’s dating adventures continue when she meets Logan, a sexy drummer who makes her heart beat faster and her mind wander. What woman wouldn’t want to date a guy in a band, especially a drummer? Logan may be a swoon-worthy, sought after musician but he is also humble, thoughtful and fun to be with. Chloe couldn’t believe she had met a great guy the old-fashioned way and not on that unreliable dating app! Maybe Logan will be the man of her dreams, someone who will take her mind off of her best friend Charlotte’s upcoming wedding and the confusing feelings she has for her other best friend, Austin. Chloe was shocked when Logan gave her a band sweatshirt the night they met because she was cold. I think in rock and roll lore that means you are going steady!! Only one thing could ruin their melodious relationship; interfering friends or Chloe’s inability to commit. Will Chloe be done with dating after meeting Logan, or will she spring for another shot at the dating app when the flowers start to bloom?
SPRING FEVER
By now we have seen all sides of Chloe throughout her dating adventures. She has been excited, serious, reflective and discouraged. Chloe was both shocked and thrilled by the news that Austin had recently given her, and she certainly never saw it coming. Spring is a time for new beginnings but Chloe found herself confused as to what direction her love life would be taking. Logan is fun to be with, thoughtful, sexy and a hot rockstar. Her best friend Austin is also thoughtful, appreciates her fondness for fun facts and has always been the man of her dreams. Most women would love to be in Chloe’s situation: too many men and no idea what to do about it. When an opportunity of a lifetime comes her way Chloe realizes that some serious decisions need to be made. Should she choose her career over romance? Should Chloe take a chance on being more than friends with Austin, or will that ruin their friendship? How does she really feel about Logan? Let’s hope that the warm breezes of Summer bring Chloe the answers she is looking for!
SUMMER LOVE
Chloe’s dating adventures have come full circle and it is time for her to make a decision. She has learned a lot about men, relationships and matters of the heart. She isn’t the same person she was a year ago, and that is fine with her. Chloe has grown up, taken chances and has made many new friends along the way. Not only does Chloe need to make her final love connection, she also must decide which path to take with her career. Her life is about to change in a big way, but she will have the support of her best friend Charlotte behind her. Personally, her career decision is the easiest because Chloe will be successful in whatever she does. However, choosing the perfect man between Logan and Austin? That is nearly impossible!

Spring Fling:
Spring Fling is a fun start to what I think is going to be one heck of a ride. So buckle up, friends!

This book follows Chloe on her journey to moving on from her feelings for her unavailable friend, Austin. Her best friend, Charlotte set her up on a dating app with hopes of finding a new fella. Let the fun ensue! Along comes Finn. Good looking with a set of abs you could wash your laundry on...sign me up! I actually liked Finn at first but as the story rolled along, his true colors came out. YIKES! But my goodness, it made for some good laughs. They did have good chemistry but no amount of chemistry would make me want to be with crazy. I think the one thing we will see through all of this is a transformation in Chloe. She is going to blossom into who she really is and not mold herself into whom she thinks she needs to be for someone else.

Spring Fling is a fun start to what I think is going to be a great series. I'm excited to see what comes next in Summer Rebound (Episode #2)!!!

Summer Rebound:
Summer Rebound was definitely a wild ride!!!

I love the whole concept of this series of novellas! Each season we are getting to watch Chloe navigate the dating world on her journey of trying to get over her crush on her friend, Austin. These stories are not only funny but holy smokes there is a lot of steam. I find myself cheering for the guys Chloe is dating until I don't. LOL!

In Summer Rebound, Chloe is set up with Dune, a tatted up bad boy who is in a biker gang. Learning what Dune does for a living made me burst out laughing as did his relationship with his beloved cat and his obsession with spreadsheets. I was dying at the things Chloe said to turn him on. LOL! This relationship didn't seem destined to last but it was sure a fun ride! What I love most is that Chloe is learning more about herself. She is growing as a person! It is also interesting to see what Chloe's dating life is bringing out in Austin.

Next chapter, please!

Fall Hard:
Chloe's journey to finding love has taken us on quite a ride so far and Fall Hard is no exception. I laughed so freaking much while reading about her relationship with her seemingly perfect match, Ryan. I legit belly laughed several times. Chloe and Ryan (er maybe more like Ryan's beard) had great chemistry. I truly thought this could be the guy to help Chloe move on from Austin, but he is always right there on the fringe. Now on to the most important part: THAT ENDING!!!! GAH!

I can't stress enough how much I love the concept of this series! Laurelin Paige and Kayti McGee are quickly becoming one of my favorite writing duos.

Winter Bloom:
Laurelin Paige and Kayti McGee just dropped a bomb that left me trying to pick my jaw up off the ground. Now, we have to wait patiently for the next installment. That's just dirty...LOL!

Winter Bloom finds Chloe trying to process the aftermath of her kiss with Austin while he moves full steam ahead in his relationship with Lucy. Don't get me started on that. Then along comes Logan, the one guy who just might be the man to help Chloe get over Austin. Logan is absolute perfection! I kept waiting for a red flag but there were none.

I am so utterly confused on who I want to see Chloe end up with. The minute we think she is finally letting Austin go, BOOM! Bomb detonated. Ugh...now, I don't know what to think. At least we got a good laugh before all this drama with Charlotte's wedding!

The next installment of the Dating Season needs to get here quickly. I am dying to know what happens next in Chloe's love life. Did Chloe finally move on or is Austin going to finally wake up?

Spring Fever:
I'm dying to know how Chloe's journey ends. Spring Fever sent me into an internal debate on who I would choose. She has two seemingly perfect guys for her. I'm not sure what the right answer is. On one hand, you have Austin the man Chloe has been in love with for so long. He has finally realized what was right in front of him and has made it known that he wants Chloe. The little touches in the garden and the little comments were the perfect tease. And then on the other hand, there is Logan. I really liked him from Winter Bloom and kept waiting for a red flag from him, but alas there is none. He is as sexy as they come, treats Chloe like a queen, and is in a flipping band! It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out! One of the best things that has come from Chloe's journey to find love is the growth we've seen every season. I feel like I've said this on every single review of this series, but I can't wait to see where the next season takes us! Each book gets better and better!

Summer Lovin:
NOOOOOOOO! I was dying to know how Chloe's journey to finding love would end but now that it is over, I don't want it to end. LOL!

Summer Lovin was the perfect ending to Chloe's journey. I loved that with each book she grew as a person but in Summer Lovin, she fully blossomed. She became confident in her choices and got rid of her contingency plans. She trusted that things were as they were supposed to be which opened her up to love and be loved. I was torn on who I wanted Chloe to end up with but in the end, she truly ended up with the right person. Read the book and you will know what moment I'm talking about that made me believe 100% that these two were right for one another. It was beautiful!

The only thing I didn't like about this book is that it wasn't longer. Although, I don't know how Paige and McGee could have made it longer because it was perfection as it was. I'm just greedy and want more. I love that this book brought back my favorite characters and Granny Mae even made an appearance!

Too Drawn Out….

The h in this book is something else. I really couldn’t like her. She avoided telling Austin, the H, her feelings for a while. Until he got a steady girlfriend, and then she went on dating spree. She dated all these men, had sex with them, over about five or six novellas. Of course she’s still in love with Austin. The plot am sure is to get us reading the serial, but am not a fan. I love LP’s books, especially the ‘Fixed series’, not this one though. Too much rigmarole.

This series was AH-MAZING! I had all of the FEELS and I laughed, teared up, cringed right along with Chloe, and just felt like she was me. I absolutely loved the characters, the writing and storytelling was perfection! I do not normally take the time to leave reviews because I’m not a writer or blogger, but there are times when I get so excited about a book, series, or author that I just need to share! Do yourself a favor and READ THIS SERIES!

I wasn’t sure at first, but this book reels you in

This is a different sort of romance book. You’re here for the journey as much as the HEA. Once you wrap your head around that premise, it’s delightful. There’s plenty of humour and sexy times, as well as introspection and growth on the part of the FMC. This presents love in all its complicated, messy reality, and while I may have taken a while to warm up to the story, I’m certainly glad I did.

FUN! FUN! FUN! What a great read...quick, funny, flirty, dirty, wonderful characters! I LOVED it! The premise is great. The dialogue is to-die-for-funny! I felt like I couldn't get enough. When it ended, I still wanted more! There's nothing like reading something that has you laughing and leaves you smiling at the end...wonderful! Don't miss it!

Wonderfully hilarious, light and funny story.
The main subject of this story is sometimes more nostalgic than hilarious but it's shown in such a charming, warm and positive way that the over 600 pages can be read in no time at all.
The content can be also treated as a form of life coaching.
Great work!

Dating Life

This is a fun series that follows Chloe as she tries to find Mr Right. The stories are all hot, steamy, and hilarious! I wish the Christmas story was first instead of last because it is the prequel and the beginning of it all. Great narration.

I enjoyed this whole series. The characters were great. There were often times that I laughed out loud. There was a bit of romance and sex with funny banter as well.
