This is an outstanding book! Four young friends working together for a good cause! The story focuses on the subjects of cooperation, hard work, patience and hope with a side helping of spirituality. It's an easy read for kids, has colorful illustrations, heaps of helpful information in the back for children who want to follow up on the subject (with parental assistance of course), plus there is a "to be continued" to peak children's further interest. What is not to love about this book!?
Although I received a copy of the book from the author for free this is my honest opinion.

Book 02 of my Goodreads Challenge 2023

Working together can create beautiful things.

Xavier lives next to the park and one day whilst staring out the window he had the wonderful idea of creating a garden.

It is not long before he asks his friends to help and they all work together. The adults share their wisdom with the children and they learn they will also need patience.

Working hard soon everything is ready. The children love and care for the garden and they wait, and they wait and wait some more yet nothing seems to be happening.

One of the children remembers a prayer book they were given, so that's what they do next. With love, care hope and prayers their garden begins to grow. Before long they are able to share their fruits of the earth with the adults who guided them.

A heartfelt story about children learning to care for the environment. Sadly this did not get 5* because there is a small problem with the kindle format. There are two of every image. (You could say I got two for the price of one) Happy Reading Book Lovers 📚📖🌹

(This was actually a kindle copy but there was no image for that so I chose the paperback version)
