Montana!
My book sisters told me that Montana was that dude, and he definitely lived up to the hype in this book. Although, I think the story line was dragged on he definitely showed and proved in this book. Montana wore Alecia's azz out, this man was the energizer bunny in the bedroom 2-3 orgasms was just a regular day and listen I was jealous. Montana made good on everything he promised Alecia, even though it wasn't within her time frame he made sure there were absolutely no threats to their present or future life together. I was glad when he started to get grimy, because the fools were being too reckless and it needed to end. By that same token he was so sweet with Alecia. He loved on her and son-son the way they both deserved to be loved. I hope to see their wedding, but this was a great ending for them.
Orion and Kelsey...look I'm so far over them lol. Idc if Orion never shows up on the page again. He is by far the most selfish man. I was so glad when his daddy yoked him up, but he still didn't get any sense smh. Instead of him trying to create a better environment for his children he continues to be toxic. I hope Kelsey can find her HEA.
I'm going to be honest and say I don't think Tremaine or Dace needed the page time that they received. Like what was the real purpose of their story lines?? Peewee was a stretch, but I get it he was tied to Orion's storyline, but it felt forced. Willow was a nonfactor, to me she added nothing to the story and I get the tie to Zaire, but why? These characters could have been just fine in the background. Diamond's writing style is to give everyone a voice and listen not everyone needs to be heard . I can also do without the paragraphs detailing what has happened in the past because I mean damn read the other books in order.
Overall, the story draws you in, you will enjoy the main characters, and the love was real, and the seggz was spicy.

Yup it’s official official I love me some Montana and Alecia!! Hands down my favorite Diamond couple! Montana knew what he wanted and he got that + more from Alecia! Alecia spent all that time trying to fight fate when her and Montana were destined to be together!
I’m glad Kelsey found happiness in Omelly because Orion was the king of the BAN club!
Teddy and Celine will forever be favs as well.
We could’ve done without Willows POV and replaced hers with more of Tremaine and Maniyah! I hope we get more from them in the future!

The series was enjoyable as a whole and I'll definitely follow the spinoff just to see certain characters.The main couple Montana and Alecia were cute, and it was funny glad to see them get their happy ending. But the different pov of characters was a lot going on. Honestly don’t care for Orion and Kelsey feel like it’s dragged and the fact that it’ll drag on in the spin off ehh. I can’t wait for Pee Wee and Bria.

Montana BDE King manifested everything he told Alecia. He made her his wife, he got his son-son, and he even got out the game. Orion done fckd up now he ain’t getting Kelsey back. Perfect
Whew, what a ride from the beginning to this end, this story was excellent! I loved to see all the characters from Dem Bottom Boyz continue to do great. Orion need to gone on sign them papers, just causing unnecessary issues. Glad Willow and Zaire finally starting to grow up, looking forward to reading about them. Looking forward to reading about all of them! Great read.

Too much fluff
I literally skipped book two and went straight to the finale. And guess what? I didn't miss a single thing. There were ALOT of pointless scenes and instances that could've been left out. And just as much repeated content. Areas in the story that required more dialog didn't have it and there are far too many discrepancies for this book to be Florida based. For instance, Florida doesn't have parole!!! It was done away with in the 80's and they've been operating on the 85% rule for decades!! I'm originally from Florida and although I've never been to jail a day in my life I know that.
Finally, there seems to be a pattern with the description of this authors characters. EVERYONE has this phenomenal grade of hair that touches their butt. EVERYONE has deep dimples. And EVERYONE has blue or hazel eyes. 😑 Seriously? The author herself doesn't have ANY of these characteristics but always writes about them as if that is what it requires to make a black woman beautiful.

I definitely enjoyed everything about this story. Montana definitely a man of his word. Every promise he made to Alecia he kept. I’m so looking forward to the next spinoff. I can’t wait to see what’s up next for Kelsey and Orion.

Alecia & Montana. I love them so much! I’m glad she finally found love because she was blessed with a beautiful baby boy. All things Montana promised her she received which was so beautiful 😍. I do hope Montana can heal from the hurt his mother caused.
Kelsy story is legit me okay! And every emotion she felt i feel on a daily. I can’t wait to read the next installment because you be giving me advice through your books and you don’t even know it. I am so ashamed or Orion, he need to get help because making a woman stay when she don’t want us beyond selfish, sometimes a relationship runs it’s course and it sucks but we have to accept it. Spinning and spinning, and spinning some more. What's the point of a "finale" that ends with a cliffhanger of sorts?
The writing was good as usual, but the overall storyline was somewhat repetitious and drawn out. The finale could have tied up all the loose ends with the main characters, and there still be plenty left with the side characters mentioned at the end for the next spin-off series.
What was the point of making a big deal about Big Efrain coming home, but barely hearing from him? Why were Nadia and Moca even mentioned? The storylines with Hafiz(?), Stephon, and Damian were weak as well. Even Wayne seemed like a non factor until he was finally dealt with within just a couple of pages.
I wanted to give another star but there was too much of a set-up for the next spin-off, and not enough focus on closing out the storylines for these main characters. I can see them having cameos or much smaller roles coming up, but with so many big questions left unanswered, is it really a spinoff or just a continuation?
Oh, and this is just my personal preference, but I don't like being talked to by the characters (or author). It's distracting, weird, and messes with the flow.

I enjoyed thisssssss, and the note from the author telling what’s to come next is what has me most excited.
As for this story the birth was so well written it was my favorite part, I also love the birthday morning and the party, from Montana calling her brother to the apology he gave in front of everyone. And baby them gifts, yesssss!!! That was a great 40th. Birthday.
I hope Pee-Wee really gets it together and hope in the process Bria gives him some play and they start a relationship.

A Happy Ending For Most!!
Orion is pure trash, selfish, delusional. Just because Devisha lost their baby, that doesn't mean it's all good and Kelsey is coming back to you. He cheated disrespected her. Even the kids don't want them to get back together. Kelsey deserves to be happy and right now Omelly makes her happy and continue to make her happy. Teddy went to therapy for himself and made him a better man. Tremaine and Maniyah are still going strong. Moca is messy, miserable because her plan backfired when she tried to pin her baby on PeeWee. Now she wants Nadia to be miserable too because Montana ain't pick her but he gave her the money to get her business off the ground. Bria is going to the for PeeWee, he has an exit plan to get out the game. Dace and Duchess are toxic together. He won't leave her alone. Alecia was boss in her own right. Montana knew he was going have to be with her that meant taking care of his enemies and getting out the game. Zarie know that life wasn't for him.

I’m rating the series as a whole. The series was good for a past time and I will definitely be tuning in for the spin off.
I just don’t think the series was spectacular. It was funny and I loved the main couple. But I kind of felt like there were so many stories going on that it took away from what was suppose to be the main love story.
But at the same time, if it was solely about Montana and Alecia, the story would’ve probably gotten boring quick. At best their story is one book worthy. It’s just that the story is split into different POVs and stories, that it didn’t feel really boring with Montana and Alecia.
I will say I’m intrigued by Pee Wee and Kelsey’s stories. I just hope Kelsey don’t disappoint. [P.S. I’m waiting for the day that everybody just jump Orion. He’s so negative and abusive😒]

Girlllll when I tell you you had me searching for your personal line so I can get the date on when this book was coming out. Lol. August tho it’s just now about to be May and you talking about August!!!!! Don’t do me like that I need to know what’s going on with the family. Lol. I am rooting for Kelsey and Omelly, Orion needs to just let her be happy. I am happy Willow grew up cause baby she was pissing me off. I don’t want to give away too much information so I’m going to say that this series was worth the wait. It was good read from start to finish never a dull moment. One more thing then I’m done with the spoilers I really hope Montana and his mother can get in a better space and I hope that he really forms a strong bond with his little brother. If you ever need someone to read a book and provide feedback let me know lol but I’m serious tho.

I don’t know where to start or finish but babyyyy! These people on some serious ghetto fabulous and envious love🥰. I knew Montana was going to show up and out. I still feel he should have bodied a few more people and of course that Ninja brought the heat in the streets and at home. I’m waiting for the hit to be put onus on Orion and when Pee-wee starts really change nobody will be the same. Finally, I know Ms. Johnson not gonna play with us about Teddy because old boy definitely needs to be handled and quickly because him and Celine deserve a happy ever after. As usual awesome time in the heated streets of Dade County🤣🥰.

Alecia and Montana went thru their ups and downs and trying to get out of the streets. Alecia is engage and she has her son now and is planning their wedding.
Kelsey is in a love triangle she is now pregnant Omelly and going thru a divorce and Orion won't let go even though he cheated on her and got someone pregnant. Kelsey is in love with her first love from high school who treats her like a queen. Can't wait to read Straight Outta Dade County the 4 book to read about Tedman and Celine are engage and are doing well. Pee Wee and Bria and he starting his shoe store and clothing store. She in law school and been thru some trials and tribulations.

As always, Diamond wrote another great story! I always look forward to reading her literary works! I really hope that Kelsey and Omelly have a happily ever after. Orion needs therapy and to move on. He should listen to his children… out of the mouth of babes! Montana and Alecia were wonderful. Out of everything, I loved seeing him as a supportive partner and active father as well as mentor to his nephew. I can’t wait to see his role with Monte! I look foward to the growth of Alecia’s brothers and possibly hearing more from her parents! Great book as always!

Oh my God diamond has done it again! This series has been one of the best serious I ever read by her, and I can't wait until August to read who do you love. The way Montana and Alecia story came together it makes you want to root for them and want everything they wish for to come true. I'm looking forward to PeeWee and Bria story, dates and duchess all the other characters cuz I want to find out what happens and I can't wait to see what she does next. If you're looking for a book to read for a series read this is the one!!!
Oh my God diamond has done it again! This series has been one of the best serious I ever read by her, and I can't wait until August to read who do you love. The way Montana and Alecia story came together it makes you want to root for them and want everything they wish for to come true. I'm looking forward to PeeWee and Bria story, dates and duchess all the other characters cuz I want to find out what happens and I can't wait to see what she does next. If you're looking for a book to read for a series read this is the one!!!

From series one, this has always been a favorite of mine and it still remains a favorite of mine. I love these characters so much that I could never get enough of them. I could just read more and more of them. I’m happy to know there is more to come with the other couples. I really enjoyed Montana and Alecia’s story. Orion needs to get a playmate and leave Kelsey alone let her live… Well I guess we gonna see him make a fool of himself in his own book….let us 🙏🏽for him now🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Loved it! Wished August came after April 🙄🙄…wishful thinking.

Great series!
This was this perfect ending to this series, but it left room for several other spin offs and I’m here for it. I loved the cameos from Dem Boyz from Da Bottom. This entire series was well written and flowed well. Montana and Alecia’s relationship was awesome and he did get out the game before their son was born. Pee Wee, Dace, Willow and Zaire did some growing up. Orion was the only left to grow up. Their dad being released from jail was good for everyone. Can’t wait to read these spin-offs.

I swear I was tearing up at the end because I was happy for some of the couples. O’ryan is the scum of the earth and that is all lmao but I am glad he’s progressed physically but his mental needs to get itself together. I love everyone else, from loud mouth Celine to stubborn Willow. I hope my Willow gets the love she needs from a significant other but especially herself. I’m excited to hear about everyone in the new books!! I love this family, except for O’ryan which I will say again 😂 I’m sorry he made me mad

Loved this series
Diamond, you have a way of writing these books and having me loving every second of it. Orion is soooooooo selfish with his way of thinking, and I love Omelly for Kelsey. I can't wait to see what unfolds with Pee-Wee and Bria because I think it'll be cute. Dace needs to get right and stop being in dental on how he feels about Dutchess before he loses her. And I had a feeling that Willow and Zaire will eventually cross paths,let's see how this plays out. Great series

I just love how you are so consistent hits after hits. Since I started reading your books, you never failed me. That to me is G.O.A.T status. You're one of my favorite urban fiction authors. This book was everything. Love that Tanna was able to get out the game alive, Kelsey was able to find her a new boo, Big Efrin was home and just about everything is falling into place. But baby I can't wait for the spin off “the Drama”

Diamond you have done it again, can't wait for August to see the outcome of the other characters, especially Pee-Wee & Bria! Orion need a new love interest, Kelsey no longer loved him or in love with him! Anyway love how everything played out, Montana & Alexis and Celine & Teddy, just need to see their weddings. Snakes were handled while a couple were left to slither, but know not to cross Montana!
