Frogs have always been my favorite animal and I enjoy reading nonfiction books like this one to continue learning more. This book is written in a conversational, easy style to keep readers interested and reading. The photos dispersed throughout add so much to this book. I enjoyed the fun facts as well as the list of ways readers can get involved in helping frogs and becoming stewards for the environment.
Another book in the "Save the..." series this time focusing on frogs and some of the species that are endangered primarily due to a fungus and what some environmental groups are doing to save those species and what the readers themselves can do to help. Good edition for school and public libraries to shelve for readers in 4th-6th grade who like frog or wildlife books in general with current resources.
Save the Frogs is another in the series of save the... books. This treatment is written on a 3-5 grade level with accessible language and nice black and white pictures. The book includes a section on fun facts about frogs and how you can help frogs.
