Great book of basic yoga posas with excellent and simple explanations for the benefits of each pose.

Yoga videos and yoga classes are great but it's nice to have a reference book to understand why you do a sequence or why you do a pose. Step-by-step instructions area also helpful to read because you can ensure you are doing the pose for optimal gain.

Nice book, I wish author had another book with more advanced yoga poses . . .
