I read this for a group study. Overall I wasn't a fan. There was certainly some good information and advice but a lot of the book seemed fluffy.
She gives so many examples from her own life but in every scenario she responds in a manner that would be the absolute ideal response, as if you were to analyze a situation after the fact and think about the perfect Christian response. Every single example could have been completely accurate or maybe some were altered in hindsight.
Some people in my group absolutely loved it and others were more in line with my feelings on it.
However, it's a book for parenting and there are some good points so even if you're not reading it for your enjoyment, you can at least get something out of it for parenting and your kids, which is what matters.
