An excellent book for beginner, intermediate and even expert practitioners. It includes a general overview on everything that Mirta has learnt about her time working with the unseen realm along with how it interacts with the physical. Everyone has an insight to gain out of this book, whether big or small.

The greatest point of this book is it's simplicity for beginners. Most people have a bad habit of making things overly complex, especially when it comes to spirituality, making the entire journey more of a drag that slowly becomes a chore and a bit unenjoyable at times. However, Mirta writes in a way that makes the reader see things in a more open minded, fun way. The writing style is extremely easy to follow and understand. The paragraphs are layered in a way that doesn't overwhelm you with run-on sentences, giving much needed space for a breather. Some chapters can be skipped and read later on allowing for much freedom and ease.

The simplicity doesn't only come in the way it's written but also the way concepts are explained. Mirta makes everything easily digestible for the mind. Anyone at any level can understand what's being explained and the way the techniques are meant to be followed while simultaneously promoting the reader to be free and creativity with their practice. So this is highly recommend for beginner practitioners.

Forget making everything complicated. This book gives you a process to follow as a beginner but also allows space for creativity and exploration to really indulge and have fun in what you are engaging in. It really allows you to personalize your practice. This gets rid of all semblances of the chore-like feeling many other practitioner books have and makes the entire practice a joy to engage in.

A wonderful and exciting read all around! I'm looking forward to more books by this author.
