J’aime beaucoup les carnets de réflexion personnelle, alors j’étais curieuse de découvrir celui-ci. L’idée des 200 questions pour apprendre à mieux se connaître est vraiment chouette, mais malheureusement, ça n’a pas fonctionné pour moi.
Les questions m’ont semblé assez superficielles, parfois un peu répétitives. Je cherchais quelque chose de plus profond, plus guidé, qui m’amènerait à creuser vraiment certaines émotions ou souvenirs.
Le carnet reste joli, le concept original, et je comprends qu’il puisse parler à certaines personnes. Mais de mon côté, je suis restée un peu sur ma faim.
Parfois un livre ne résonne pas, et ce n’est pas grave — c’est aussi ça, la lecture.
