Quantum Physics for Beginners: A Layman Introduction to Understand How the Universe Works and Recognize the Laws That Governing the Perception of Reality

Rate this book
Have you ever wondered how the universe works? Or if time really exists? Or why the sky is blue?

To shed light on these big questions, we need to look into the teeny-tiny particles that make up every single object found in atoms, molecules, protons, electrons, and photons.

Upon first impression, Quantum theory may seem more science fiction than actual science. In reality, this field influences virtually everything , from smartphones to nuclear power to black holes.

This guide succinctly demonstrates how quantum physics underlies our knowledge of the natural sciences and therefore the real world and real life. It offers a simplified and solid introduction to a complex scientific discipline, making it accessible and enjoyable.

Quantum Physics For Beginners by Sean Lawson will shock, put into question, and ultimately change the way you look at the world.

What you'll find inside this

The is an easily understandable introduction to very complex quantum physics. This is a write-up of the things the author has learned and not more technical class work or research. I enjoyed the way he explained things and am encouraged to get more in-depth information.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Quick, breezy, yet informative and surprisingly in-depth for its introductory level of information. Recommended for adults or late teens looking for the basics to understand an often impenetrable topic and field of study.

Quantum Physics for Beginners

[Blurb goes here]

I'm a curious man, at times reading about subjects that peak my interest. Quantum Physics is such a subject. The author invites every one, even the less educated, to follow him through a journey to discover what Quantum Physics entails, while arguing that this book is amiable enough to help you understand the basics, from a complex set of laws and theories. This couldn't be further from the truth. I imagine that some of the concepts are easily grasped by Sean Lawson, so much so, that he explains them as if talking to an expert audience.

I don't consider myself to be dumb enough not to be able to follow an easy enough explanation, unfortunately Lawson can't even describe Schrödinger cat's paradox (the go-to quantum paradox of countless writers), without making it sound convoluted.

This book is in dire need of a good editor. One that could help Lawson tone down the entire thing, just to help him fulfill his promise that 'no scientific background is needed'. An editor that could also help get rid of all the repetitiveness in it, and I'm not only referring to the duplicate paragraphs, but also the same phrases jumping at you from every other chapter from the book.

I'm sorry to say that this book has a long way to go before being published.

Thank you for the free copy!
