Interesting story!

I like how this book is easier to read and teach children how to be considerate of other people’s feelings when they are bragging about themselves. I also liked how the author emphasizes on apologizing when someone hurts others’ feelings. This message is so powerful and can remind children to always say sorry when they are wrong. Check it out!

Great Message

Sweet book that teaches a lesson that all kids and adults should learn… not to brag!! Piggy the pig bragged to chicken about going in town, not realized he hurt the chicken feelings. Sometimes we have to experience what others are going through to really understand. Great message for readers!

Overcoming Offending Others

I absolutely love the lesson that this book teaches! We can tend to offend others and not realize it. It is not often recognized until the same is done to us. Once realized, we should correct the problem, as soon as possible, move forward and enjoy all that life has to offer. Relationships are important and communication is key in them all!

cute story about feeling left out

This is a sweet little story about a pig and chicken who can’t go to town with their humans. It goes over the complicated emotions one feels when left out. And how we can fix it and make it up to our friends. Told in simple way that is great for young children. My 2.5 yr old especially loved playing hide and seek with the animals!

Farm Life!

This is an interesting story about the social/emotional component needed in the development of young children. In the story, animals and humans interact with each other. They face everyday challenges such as, remembering to be inclusive, considerate, and apologetic. Children will enjoy the story as well as the unique illustrations.

A great story to teach children the value of being humble. Teaching children to not be boastful or brag can sometimes be difficult, but the author does a great job with teaching this lesson. In addition, the story is interactive and will keep readers engaged throughout.

Interesting!

I found this book interesting and different. First of all I liked the style of illustrations. And secondly, I think the topic of story is important - often the only one way to learn a lesson is to feel it yourself.

A nice story about inclusion with real cute illustrations. I like the way this story teaches to be mindful of others as we speak. Piggy did well to apologize and be a better friend. I believe children will read this book and learn this awesome social skill.
