YOU took money from my amazon accct., and I want it back.

I DO NOT PAY, FOR EBOOKS, EVER. IT WAS ZERO, WHEN I CLICKED ON IT. i HAVE ORDERED THOUSANDS OF FREE BOOKS, AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN CHARGED.

Very informative. The pictures for each exercise helps a lot and very simple to follow. Walking is the main exercise I do and it does help tremendously in my wellbeing. Your book will help many seniors to get back their health and mostly their independence in doing things without assistance. Keep up the good work Robert in informing us on how we can get healthier by doing simple things to achieve it.

Inlike this book!

First, he explains why exercise is beneficial for seniors. Second he shoes the exercises, explaining the muscles involved and the benefits. And each exercises is explained in a way that everyone can perform. Great book!

The book provides an excellent resource in an easy-to-read format that covers various physical aspects of one's aging body.

In addition, the book offers an introductory workout with illustrations that are simple and doable.
