2.5 stars rounded up.

Victoria Verity has set herself a strict deadline. If she doesn’t get a major promotion at work by her thirtieth birthday, in just a month’s time, she’s leaving her journalism job for something else. She believes the key to writing the best possible article for her situation is to interview the elusive, media-eluding Seth Pierce, one of Australia’s hottest tech billionaires. She just has to find a way to convince him to compromise his notorious penchant for privacy.

Seth Pierce just wants to be treated like a regular guy, not fawned over for his money. Still, he’s willing to acknowledge that he’s become a brand in his own right, beyond that of his company, and is willing to entertain the idea of hiring a media advisor. When he gets the perfect candidate in his office, even if she is there for terrible reasons, Seth knows he must convince her to take on the role.

Victoria is determined to have her story, but she won’t mix work with personal relationships. Unfortunately, she’s about to see that Seth is equally determined to get what, or in this case who, he wants.

I really enjoyed the first book in the series and found the second one cute. I’ve loved the concept of the four Pierce brothers and become invested in their stories. They’ve been great for light, refreshing reads for me. Unfortunately, this book didn’t really work for me and it’s definitely my least favorite of the series so far. Seth was adorable and clueless at times, but that was all part of his charm. I liked how down to earth he was and wasn’t that crazy about how Victoria came across as trying to change him sometimes. He was in a bad position much of the time, with a lot of the information he needed to impart to Victoria not being his to tell. There’s also a chance I was a little bit set against Victoria from the beginning when her entire relationship with Seth began with her lying to him and then being less than forthcoming about even basic information such as her name. Her previous relationship didn’t have a dramatic or particularly heartbreaking end, more just a growing apart of people who weren’t particularly compatible, so I was never quite sure why she was so hesitant about dating. Along those lines, it bothered me that Victoria was supposed to be this strong, independent woman and yet she let her best friend set up these dates that she didn’t even want to go on, and she just went along with it.

My main gripe here is that Victoria was so surprisingly immature. I definitely understood her attempts to keep things professional with Seth given that they did need to have a business relationship for much of the book, but she also seemed overly eager to play the martyr. She was annoyingly fatalistic, and it made her friend, Amy, who will be the heroine of the next book, come off as pushy and lacking in boundaries. Victoria and Seth did have stellar chemistry, but that was threatened somewhat by the painfully slow burn. I also felt like him choosing guys for her to date was a weird turn for the story and only served to make her seem even more immature, allowing others to make decisions for her, doing things she actively professes to not want to do. She keeps pushing Seth away even though she likes him and there’s no real reason they can’t be together. She tells him she doesn’t want him to touch her and that she’s not interested in a relationship with him, so he backs off and respects that. Seth is trying to be a gentleman and not push her too hard after being turned down and, rather than recognize this or actually listen to him, Victoria starts obsessing over whether or not he’s interested in her. She goes on about how suspicious she is that Seth is plotting something when he sets her up with a perfect guy, but I have no idea where this was coming from because Seth was totally up front about his reasoning. Seth tells Victoria exactly how he feels about her, and she still doubts him and thinks he is only viewing her in a working capacity. Seth’s dealing with heartache and Victoria has the gall to still go out with another guy even after telling Seth she didn’t even want to date anyone.

I just felt that Seth deserved better. He was such a good guy and Victoria spent a lot of time messing with his head. Because things were so discombobulated between them, I didn’t feel like we really got to see them fall in love. Instead, they sort of had epiphanies as to the true feelings they’d been harboring all along, which I am completely here for, I just would rather have seen them together more without so much miscommunication at play between them. I really wanted mature, adult communication and instead we got Victoria jumping to conclusions and running away without letting Seth explain anything. Her immediate judgments just made it seem like she didn’t know Seth at all. This relationship was definitely riding on Seth because she was playing games while he was being open. He literally told her exactly how he felt and what he wanted several times and she still just keeps going on about how she can’t fathom what he’d want with her outside of business. I generally am a sucker for it when the hero falls hard and first, but this time, with this heroine, it just fell flat.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

What a charming little romance story. The characters are both unique and well written. You won't want to put the book down.

Turning 30 in a month, journalist Victoria, also known as Tori, has set herself a career altering goal. Score a major article for a promotion or quit journalism all together. What is bigger than scoring an interview on the private billionaire Seth Pierce for her article? Nothing, but getting to question him is nearly impossible. A twist of fate scores her a chance meeting with him under the guise of an interview as an employee candidate that isn't her. Leaving when she is outed she gives him a false name, Tori Verity. Will Victoria find her article piece and get her promotion? Will Seth figure out who the woman was? What lies ahead for these two individuals? Read the book to find out!

This book was a super easy read that I managed to finish in the space of an afternoon. This book, despite being the third book in a series, is a standalone novel that was super easy to get into. Definitely do not have to have read the first two books to enjoy this one, because I didn't.

The relationships between characters were sweet and well developed. Really liked the chemistry between Seth and Victoria. Amy and Pip are also excellent friends and I will definitely want to read Amy and Noah's story, because Amy was such a likeable character.

Some lines in this book bugged me a little and for a book pushing the feminist aspect, those parts were quite unfeminist.

All in all though, just a very lighthearted read. Thank you to Netgalley for an eARC of this book in exchange of an honest review.

This was a cute read! A typical, contemporary romance novel, it had witty venter between characters, sexual tension, and well written words throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and the characters in it. It was a quick read and fast paced, which I really enjoyed. I easily got lost in this novel and didn't want to leave. This is a standalone book, and the whole series is a standalone so you don't have to have read the first two books to read this one. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future!

Victoria took a risk but when the opportunity presented itself, she did what she needed to do. She got a meeting with the private billionaire she wanted to write a profile piece on even if it meant sitting for a job interview. Seth knew instantly there was something about Victoria that intrigued him but he couldn’t put his finger on it; so he did what he does best and gathered the data. When Seth realized who Victoria was he decided on a different approach- he offered her a job as his media consultant in return for agreeing to be interviewed. Knowing it was too good of an offer to pass up, Victoria accepted the job but little did she know she would learn more than she ever expected to about Seth.

Seth is surprising how down to earth and likable he is. He doesn’t have the typical billionaire persona you tend to see in billionaire romance novels. Victoria liked Seth for who he is and not who he was and that made Seth like her even more than he already did. Victoria is strong in her convictions and organized and the person Seth knew he needed in his life wholeheartedly.

One in a Billion is a fun and easy read full of wicked humor and smart comebacks between Seth and Victoria. This is the third book in @belindawilliamsbooks series about the Pierce Brothers and the fourth book about Noah will be out later this year!

Thank you @belindawilliamsbooks and @netgalley for this eARC in exchange for my honest feedback.

After reading the book description of this book, I could not resist reading the book. A cute romance budding in the work environment with a friends-to-lovers element to it? Yes please sign me up!

The chemistry between Victoria and Seth was immediately there from their first meeting towards the start of the book. We got to see them become colleagues, then friends, and finally move towards the lovers' stage. Victoria and Seth just match so perfectly with each other and just clicked really well. I love how compared to most stories with a CEO male character, Seth was not portrayed in the usual moody, closed-off, and arrogant way. He was portrayed with a mix of easy-going and approachable but also gets business done when it's needed.

The whole book itself was the perfect mix of tension, romance, friendship, pining, and passion. From the start, the story flowed really smoothly, it felt easy to read and to get swept away with all things Victoria and Seth. Which for me helped make it an enjoyable book to read, one which took me a day to finish. I cannot wait to read more from Belinda Williams moving forward!

Very thankful to have received an eARC of One in A Billion through NetGalley and BWrite.

This book quickly became of my favorite reads! I loved the writing, the humor, the character development, and truly everything in between! Was a great read, and really was a fun read as well!

Seth and Victoria were truly a match made in Heaven at first glance I would say! Their journey through what was growing between them, may not have been truth and honesty. But things changed as they spent some time together. I loved Seth-total sweetheart who wanted to be seen as a real person, not what he could offer in the money sense. Victoria was certainly a character. They both had their own stubborn streak, but own common ground. I laughed, cried, gasped, you name it! This book was a fantastic read from start to finish! Could not get enough. Will defiantly be reading more from this author! Loved it! Such a feel good read in your heart, and well everywhere!

I loved this book! That goes without saying! I really loved how the story with the characters developed. Sensational writing by an amazing author! Loved it! Highly recommend this must read book!

This is the 3rd book in a great series that I’m loving so far. I first became a fan of this author when I read her Freshwater series and I have continued to love her writing through this series so far.
One thing that I do love is that her books are set in her native Australia. It makes such a nice change from reading books set in the US.
In this book we get to know the elusive 3rd Pierce brother Seth, the one who is a billionaire but likes to keep a very low profile. Needless to say his quiet existence is blown out of the water by journalist Victoria Verity who is employed to create a public profile for him.
I loved Seth and Victoria’s story. For a billionaire, Seth is very grounded and down to earth. Yes, he has expensive things but doesn’t flaunt his wealth. Victoria is vibrant and a total breath of fresh air.
While I love reading a good dark romantic suspense, I also love a light hearted, romantic comedy and that’s what you get here. The story flows well and is very entertaining keeping you turning the page and wanting more.
I’d definitely recommend this book.

Seth and Victoria are so much fun! I had to squint a little to buy the premise—that he would hire her even though she deceived him in order to get an interview. But it made emotional sense in the context of the story, so I went with it. The story is witty and smart, with Seth and Victoria challenging each other while also being the perfect partners. If you like light, feel-good rom coms, give the Pierce Brothers series a try.

Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review.

I have loved everything by this author so far, and have been head over heels for this series! This book was a true RomCom that everyone should read! Love, laughter, and a great road to a HEA.
Victoria and Seth were great together! Seth was sweet and down to earth and wanted to be seen as more than his status or estimated worth. Victoria was smart and feisty, and overall very determined. Mistaken for being a candidate for the PA job in Seth's office lands her right where she needs to be. The journey they take with the added business/pleasure takes this story to all the right places. I smiled from start to finish and I would surely read this book again.

Victoria Verity is wanting a promotion by the age of thirty. As a journalist she has proven herself but she needs the next big step, deciding she needs to interview Australia's most elusive billionaire, Seth Pierce, she hatches a plan. A bit of mistaken identity ends up with Victoria getting a different job as a media advisor to Seth. Getting to know one another finds Seth and Victoria falling for one another but could it be too good to true?

This was a fast paced read. I liked Seth, his character was full of charisma. Victoria is terrific, she is trying so hard and working with Seth is an eye opener for her. Great story, definitely would check out more in this series.

I thought this story was adorable. Victoria and Seth had great chemistry from the get-go but circumstances were standing in their way. I liked that both of them were straightforward about their feelings and priorities, even if they weren’t honest about absolutely everything. The story had good balance between character development and plot, and the writing was great. I think some people could be put off by the power dynamic but to me, Seth and Victoria were evenly matched in that way. I actually liked that they didn’t get together immediately. It made the story more genuine in that it matched the MCs personalities.

Victoria and Seth’s story had me smiling throughout.
I really enjoyed Victoria, she was sassy and funny but also really believable and relatable. The story was light and charming with the added kick of some nice spice towards the end. The book is really well paced and I couldn’t put it down once I started.
I haven’t read books 1 and 2 and I enjoy that each book can be read as a standalone but there is continuation between the brothers. I’ll be picking up the previous books and can’t wait to read about Noah and Amy - I suspect a grump/sunshine trope which I love!
I was lucky enough to receive an advanced readers copy of ‘One in a billion’.

Victoria Verity is a journalist who's on a deadline to get a promotion by her thirtieth birthday. She took the matter in her own hands and scored a meeting with Seth Pierce a billionaire who's notoriously private. She wanted to write a profile piece on him but when Seth figures out who she truly is, he offers her a job as his media consultant. I liked Seth's characterization. He was really down to earth, normal and easy going, he could also be cute at some times. His character was very refreshing than the typical cocky billionaires we usually get to see. The progress of their relationship was perfect and these two were perfect for each other. The author was new to me so it was hard for me to adjust with the writing style in the first half, which had me confused on what's going on in the book at times tbh. I also have to admit that I didn't like that tori was dishonest but I'm totally looking forward to read about Amy & Noah. I just wish Seth's brothers had more of a part in this one, especially after I found out that this is the third installment in a series. So, I suppose I'll rate it a solid 3.25 stars.

From start to end, this story was fantastic!!! There's no words to describe this. The creation of every character in this book taught a lesson. Amy taught us the importance of a true friend. Byron taught us the importance of having fun. Pip taught us the importance of family bonds and standing up for what's important. And Victoria and Seth taught us the importance of valuing each other. In usual Billionaire's story you get to read about a guy who is arrogant and only loves money, but in this book, the portrayal of Seth's character was magnificent. He does not want to be seen as a Billionaire, and Victoria keeping her relationship purely professional was another important aspect. I'm glad that Seth was not an arrogant and grumpy lover who was hopelessly jealous when other guys pursued her, but deep down he knew he was in love with her and had to grab her back.

The situation between Pip and Seth was another magnificent edition, he was willing to go to all extents to protect his friend who was like a sister to him. He was absolutely selfless in becoming a IVF donor for Pip. This was admirable.

I love that the author Belinda Williams has added the little touch of Lgbqt to Pip's character, because we still live in a society where this is not accepted. This teaches one to never be afraid of pursuing what's important to you. Don't change yourself for others. All in all, this book was absolutely great ❤️.

Talk about a series of mix-ups and miscommunications in one book! In the third Pierce Brothers book, we meet Seth, a billionaire tech guy who just wants to be treated like everyone else. Unfortunately for him, his PA is quitting and most of the recent applications keep hitting on him. In walks Victoria and the admin mistakes her for the applicant coming to interview. Seth is immediately intrigued by her and wants to hire her. Unfortunately Victoria isn’t there for a job interview; she is a reporter trying to get an interview with him for her article. She is up for a promotion and if she doesn’t get it before her 30th birthday, she is quitting her job. She admits to him that she isn’t what he thinks and he has her wrong name, she gives him her nickname and last name and he is able to track her down and realizes she is a reported. Initially he is pretty upset, but can’t stop thinking about her. He offers her a job as a consultant and will give her the interview. Victoria isn’t about mixing business and pleasure, but spending so much time with Seth is making it hard. There are still a lot of miscommunications between the two of them which definitely added to the tension in the story. I thought how the characters reacted to the different situations was extremely realistic given the circumstances. It was a well written story and the characters were well developed. Another great Pierce story and we get further insight into all of the brothers, except the 4th brother, whose book I hope is coming soon!

This is the third book in the Pierce Brothers series. Again, I was not disappointed. I've just fallen in love with this entire series. Mrs. Belinda Williams is an amazing writer. If you are anything like me, then you are a sucker for a good romance book, and this is the one for you. The plot was amazing, along with the characters. I love books where I can see and feel everything the character are at that moment. It's a rare talent and its greatly appreciated when I'm able to experience a book like that.
Victoria Verity is on a deadline. Soon she’ll be thirty and out of a job unless she can turn her journalism career around by gaining an exclusive interview with Australia’s newest tech billionaire. Except there’s one small hitch—he’s notoriously private.

After reading the first two parts of the Pierce Brothers series, of course I had to request the third part as well.

When Mr Nice Guy was okayish, I preferred Spoilsport. However, although Seth had made his appearances in the previous books, it wasn’t very much. So in One In A Billion we kind of meet Seth for the first time. And Victoria as well. Who is hilarious.

So, same as with Spoilsport, this story is cute, funny and rom-com. A very relaxing read. If I compare the three books, I still think that Spoilsport is the best of the three. But this one is definitely second to it. Whereas Tom and Luke are more down to earth guys, Seth is a billionaire (which I found a bit strange: if you are a multibillionaire, won’t you share it with your family?). So the scenery is totally different from the first two books. But Victoria is definitely the shining star in this book. She is feisty, funny and ambitious. You gotta love her!

But will Seth love her? Find out for yourself in this cute and funny rom-com story. And I’m very curious to the last of the Pierce Brothers’ stories. Four out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

This is one of those contemporary romances that you find yourself chuckling at. I found it to be such a fun and easy read. Victoria is a journalist that took a heck of chance and jumped at an opportunity to interview Seth, a young entrepreneur. The spark was lit at the first meeting. Victoria is a strong woman that I think many of us would wish we could be. She knows what she wants, she has a little fear that she won’t get it before 30 but she’ll give it her darndest. Seth is a billionaire that likes it private and has to learn to change his persona a bit. It was enjoyable reading these two as they adjusted and stepped out and around/through their comfort zones. The tone and plot is humorous. There are spots that those who have been through the dating arena can empathize with. This is a book that you feel like these could be your friends/buddies. At times, I felt the feelings coming through. The supporting characters like Pip, Amy, and Byron fit into the story so well. They had their purpose. The whole thing just blended together so well. Great story. I would recommend it to fans of romance.

I loved this romantic comedy, which is book three in the series featuring the naughty but nice Pierce Brothers. This was a lighthearted, fun read and I fell in love with the very likeable and relatable characters. Victoria Verity is on a deadline, she needs to get an exclusive interview with Australia’s newest tech billionaire in order to secure her journalism career. The only problem is, Seth Pierce hates people making a big deal of him being a billionaire and is notoriously private. Seth decides to appoint a media adviser, but the perfect candidate, Victoria is not actually there for the job.
However, Seth is determined to make Victoria an offer she can’t refuse, and she is willing to do anything to get her story. Neither Seth or Victoria had imagined mixing business and pleasure, but Victoria soon learns that billionaires don’t give up easily. The story had the right mix of laugh out loud moments, emotional scenes and of course romance. The wonderfully written storyline flowed well which made this an easy read, and the authors descriptive narrative brought both the characters and the setting to life. I was hooked from page one and could not put this book down.

I have been a big fan of this author and just had to read One in A Billion. She definitely did not disappoint with this 5 star read. The book had a great plot and such loveable characters.

Victoria aka Tori is on a timeline. She’s looking for her career in journalism to take off by her 30th birthday or she’s going to quit. She’s hoping to get an interview with Seth Pierce. Unfortunately, he’s a VERY private person and turns down anyone looking for an interview so she decided to just show up to his office one day. Candy, the receptionist thought Victoria was there for an interview for a job and of course that was a way to get her foot in the door so she said that she was indeed the person with the appointment.
While Victoria was talking to Seth, the real Kim Brown showed up for her interview.
Seth was still thinking Tori would be great for him in more ways then one so he searched all over for her at all the temp agencies he could think of but there was no Tori Verity.
Once Seth found out who she was, he showed up at her job unannounced as she did to him. He ended up offering her a job working for him but, in a different role.
Everyone who has seen or heard anything about Seth Pierce knows he’s dating Pip. It just so happens they are each others plus one and everyone just assumes they are a couple but they are not. They are just best friends willing to do just about anything for eachother which you will learn when you read the book.
This book was so hard to put down and I can’t wait for the next installment.

I really liked the premise/tropes in this book.
I think the "I hate everyone but you" trope has GOT to be my favorite of all time, and Seth came off that way at first. He's the staple billionaire everyone desires who is fed up with shallow people with less than pure intentions. This is probably one of my favorite tropes of all time, because it is something I think about a lot. I always wonder how different the mental health of the rich/famous is compared to someone average like me. I can't help but wonder how lonely it probably gets for those who don't have many or even any people that they can truly trust actually care for them.
I think in the case of Seth, he was very likable in my opinion. Sometimes the billionaires in billionaire romances are a bit too arrogant and almost untouchable in a sense. Seth was relatable, and someone who seemed like a genuine person you would meet.
I had a harder time connecting with Tori at first because of her intentions going into the office. I don't like dishonesty in MCs but overall I found her to be a great heroine.

Belinda Williams has authored another fun and exciting novel with One In A Billion, the third book from her Pierce Brothers series. This slow-burn romance is quite engaging and I especially enjoyed the evolution of all the characters. The story takes place in the land down under, specifically Sydney, and the descriptive settings truly provide the reader with a genuine appreciation of the harbor.

Journalist Victoria Verity wants more out of her career. She has been working in the same position for an on-line magazine for a number of years, and has high hopes of being promoted to the department head position. A story about self-made billionaire Seth Pierce almost guarantees her the promotion, however, Seth is a very private entrepreneur. Luckily, Victoria not only gets the story, Seth hires her to be his personal media consultant.

Seth's brains, wealth and failed former relationship has caused him to be quite leary of true love. He is a man full of goodness and goes out of his way to help those he cares about. Seth is an amazing CEO and his employees truly enjoy working for him. Meeting Victoria and spending time with her changes his attitude about love.

I enjoyed this book as well as many others by Ms. Williams. The romance between Victoria and Seth slowly sizzles and its culmination is very hot. I liked getting to know them as well as their friends and colleagues. Ms. Williams writes with a very clear voice and she balances the many happenings with the greatest of ease. Overall, this is a nicely written story with main characters that are easy to fall in love with.

Seth is such a great guy who just wants to be seen as exactly that and not so much as the billionaire that he has become as his business has become successful. Meanwhile Victoria is a passionate woman going after her own success in her own career. They first meet in a kind of mistaken identity situation but you just know they will be taking you on a fun ride in this not to be missed book!
OMG I love this author and her ability to create such fun, lovable characters and stories with so much heart and laughter at the same time! If I could give this book and this author more than five stars I absolutely would!! This book absolutely can be read as a standalone even though it is in fact the third book in this series. I highly, HIGHLY recommend reading the first two books as well though simply because they are as fantastic as this one so you are missing out big time of you don't! I can't wait for book 4 and the story of Noah!

This is the 3rd book in the Pierce Brothers series. Even though it is part of a series these books can be read as standalone and still be thoroughly enjoyable. I loved the authors writing of the main characters. Seth is so down to earth and human despite being so rich and Victoria is so determined. Their chemistry is relationship is really special and enjoyable to read.

Victoria wants to land a promotion to her job before she's 30 and she knows just the way to do it. Get a personal interview with the hottest Billionaire around. However Seth is a private person and isn't keen to open up.
So Victoria plans to find a way to meet him. Even if it means her sitting a job interview.
What follows is a fun rom com with loads of laughter and amazing characters.
Will Victoria get her story? How will Seth react when he realises that was her aim and not to join his company? Will they be able to fight the attraction between them?

This is my first book by the author and it was overall a good experience. If I’m being honest, the start was really good and the chemistry between Seth and Victoria was off the charts. Sadly, during the middle of the book I think it could have used a but more depth both in the story and in the characters in general. The end really picked up and I was nervous to see what happened next lol.

I liked a lot the relationship between Seth and Pip and between Victoria and Amy. Since this is a series about brothers in the same family, I expected to see them have a bigger role in the story and I was sad when it didn’t happen. I’m looking forward to reading Amy and Noah’s story! In general, this was a quick, fun and enjoyable experience so don’t miss the chance to read it. “One in a billion” is out tomorrow!

I enjoyed this sweet romance story. This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites. This is the third book in this series which I highly suggest reading the previous stories as well. They are just as great as this one. This is a well written story where mixing business with pleasure could mean more than you realize. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into the story from the start. They are connectable, strong and supportive characters. They have great chemistry and I enjoyed watching their growth throughout. This is a fast paced story that is engaging and hard to put down. Victoria and Seth are about to find out what happens when you mix business with pleasure. You don’t want to miss what happens with these two. This is a great story that I truly enjoyed. I highly recommend this book.

One in A Billion (Pierce Brothers Book 3) by Belinda Williams. I have really enjoyed this series. This is Seth's story and I loved it. Seth Pierce is Australia's newest tech billionaire and he hates all the attention that brings. Victoria Verity is a up and coming new journalist and she has the goal of getting an interview of Seth. Seth is actively looking for a new executive assistant to handle all of the media. Victoria decides to be sneaky and apply
as another person named Kim so she can get the ultimate interview. Seth likes Victoria (Kim)as soon as he meet her so he hires her. When she is hired as Kim and Seth finds out he explodes. He truly likes her and thinks she is the right person for the job. Will he let her stay? As they spend more and more time together they really begin to like each other. Will they end up together? Read One in a Billion to find out!

The story
Seth is a young entrepreneur who shies away from the limelight even though he’s a recent billionaire. Victoria needs to snag an interview with him to stand a chance of getting that promotion. But when the receptionist thinks she is there to interview to be his PA, she gets her chance to meet Seth. He is smitten, but now can’t find her!

My thoughts
This is book three about the charming Pierce brothers finding love. I really enjoyed the plot and writing in this one! I loved that the things Seth liked about Victoria were her grace and poise, and that he was attracted to her competence. This is a fun read but the principles that both main characters stand for give this story charm.

Billionaire office romance has to be one of my favorite tropes! One in a Billion takes the typical billionaire office romance trope and turns it on its head. I loved watching laid back Seth interact with organized, professional Victoria. While Victoria works to get her story, she and Seth grow closer. The banter between Seth and Victoria was light and fun and kept the story moving along well. I loved seeing Seth come out of his shell too! The side characters added quiet a bit to the story as well. I really want Byron’s story now!

I would have enjoyed a bit more spice personally, but the level works well for the story and I’m not sure more spice would have worked honestly (I’m just a smut lover). Overall I really enjoyed the characters, the plot, and the entire vibe of the book.
