slow burn with a plot twist

I was truly invested in Jerome and Tasha’s relationship and by the end I was left with wanting more. I feel like there were a explanations I didn’t get in regards to the Pastor and Patrick’s antics, but overall I enjoyed the story!

Good Story, but I'm still hanging!

I twisted and turned reading this book. The love story built up to the "The End". I'm waiting on the next book because this can't be the end. Two beautiful people are left hanging. K. McCoy you have to fix this.

This book had conflict, twists and turns just the way I like romance stories. Sorry, this is not a happily ever after (HEA). So, I can understand the woman who was upset about the ending, but no ma'am, this does not deserve one star. It was good and I did not want to put it down. One thing I do know, Ms. K. McCoy owes us more from Tasha and Jerome. You can't leave us hanging like this. I agree you need to fix this!

For me this book was just okay. I was not the biggest fan maybe because I am more of a happily ever after girl. But then again it could depend on a person perception of happily ever after. This is the story of Jerome and Tasha. Jerome who is an aspiring Christian rapper and Tasha a struggling English tutor. Will they be able to find love and conquer despite their differences? I will that for the reader to decide. I received this book for free from Booksprout for my honest opinion.
