The concepts weren't new to me, but I sought it out for exactly that reason and it was great to have a book alongside me as I reviewed how I do things. Kaizen and Ikigai are two great philosophies/techniques that I was interested to see how the author brought them together. Food for thought and practical ways to do this in your own life.

If they just took the small steps of editing the book, they would not have made a typo on the back of the book cover. “KIAZEN”

“Every moment in your life is either a test or a celebration” -David Deida

Made me think about complacency, and just how hard it is to challenge yourself, even when doing things you enjoy.
