This book seems more relevant for current day then the time it was written in. If you are drawn to this book then you are certainly looking for deeper answers and do not work inside a box. I particularly liked the sections around I AM, so succinctly described to explain an energy shift that I myself personally experienced five months ago (May 2012). I had trouble understanding the shift that I kept referring to as "I AM". It was a massive leap in my vibration and I walked around acutely aware I was not my mind nor my body. When I read the "I AM" paragraphs the words totally resonated on a soul level. The book is out of print so you may have to hunt around for a copy. I believe there are some copies in the USA that can be sourced. As with all books, take out what reasonates and let the rest fall away.
