The Czar of Alaska:The Cross of Charlemagne is an intriguing and fast paced book, for where you are trying to constantly keep up with the action of the MacGregor family. The Czar of Alaska is a nail-biting book filled with picturesque alaskan flora and fauna, yet giving you a taste of culture Alaskan culture. Follow the MacGregor clan on their fourth adventure across the beautiful alaskan wilderness.
Decided not to finish this book. The flat characters, unbelievable plot, and boring sentence structure turned me off. If you enjoy Nancy Drew or Hardy Boys books, this one is for you. Redeeming qualities include intact family that sticks together, parents that are not idiots, and no cursing. But really, the world is full of good books and I'd rather read them.
