240Β books174Β followersI was born in Manly on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia and grew up in the west after we moved there to help my brotherβs eczema which was made worse by salt air. I now reside in the beautiful sunny state of Queensland.
My dad had the biggest impact on my life. I have always had an overactive imagination and would often tell him stories which floated in my mind. He encouraged me to put pen to paper convinced that one day they would become published books.
Apart from marrying the love of my life, the highlight of my life was being accepted into Nursing just before my 16th birthday. It had been a long-time dream and one which encompassed 37 years of my life. Along with nursing, being married to a Naval Officer for almost 47 years, and posted in numerous places, gave me experiences which I have written into many of my books.
We enjoy traveling the country with our Caravan/RV, and Jack Russell puppy by the name of Gemma who will be joining us.
As my parents were British, never Australian citizens, I hold dual citizenship and we plan to take advantage of this to spend two years traveling the UK and Europe in the near future. It will also give me the opportunity to catch up with many family members who reside in England.
My books are in various genres - Western Historical Romance-both steamy and sweet, Contemporary Romance-steamy and sweet, Male/Male, Australian Outback and City Romance. I also have one menage and one paranormal romance along with two children's books. As I said earlier, I have a rather overactive imagination.
I hope you will pick up one of my books and when you close the cover on one of my stories it will be with a satisfied sigh.

A cocktail of reading delights. Most DEFINITELY stirred!
A plethora of great and varied short stories, some of which will lead into expanded versions. The heat levels range from πΆ to πΆπΆπΆ and I absolutely enjoyed the three Iβve read so far.
WHISKEY KISS β Aleisha Maree
In this introduction to Valhalla MC, we met Thor, endeavouring to repair the damage done by his weak corrupt father and former Prez. Heβs deadly, fearless and most of all, honourable. Heβs also a Whiskey Connoisseur and crafter, and the new owner of Club Malt, the new business face of their back room dealings. And most of all, heβs very taken with a certain spitfire waitress who works there. Even as she stands strong, he sees the fear in her eyes. Lexi has a history, and will never again be subjugated to a man. What an amazing start to their story, and I canβt wait for more πΆπΆπΆ
ANGEL BETWEEN THE SHEETS β Ana Balen
Veterinarian Devon Callaway longs for a man who will treat her with love and respect, and desires a family to call her own. Life however, had other plans. My heart broke for Devon, and even when she met the gorgeous paediatric surgeon Christopher Sampson for the second time, she still wouldnβt let herself indulge in feelings. This was a beautiful and hella hot start to a story that I need more of πΆπΆπΆ
HAPPY HOUR β Susan Horsnell
Some men and ex-best friends just turn a normally sane woman into a violent would-be-castrating-Fury, and luckily the gorgeous sexy Johnny was there to restrain a vengeful Lucy. Heβs the newly transferred Police Captain and he didnβt know who the sexy siren was, but he certainly understood her level of betrayal. What I loved most about this short story was that each of them knew the worst side of relationships, but meet and discover that the best was still out there. Ms Horsnell has fitted so much into so few words and wasted none of them πΆπΆπΆ
Obviously Iβve hit the hottest stories first and I have more reading to get into later, but Iβve loved the ones Iβve started with and this Anthology is recommended 5-Star reading. ππ§‘πΉπΈ

What a fantastic anthology with something for everyone.
Consider them a naughty tease and hopefully you'll find new to you authors too.
I've read a couple so far.
Susan Horsnell ~ Happy Hour: A rich heiress meets a cop in a bar, he had no idea who she was. They've both been cheated on and are not looking for love. She can't hold her liquor and is somewhat tipsy so he sees her home. Determined not to cross any lines but a spa on the balcony calls to them both. Things heat up in more ways than one. Will it be a one night stand or more?
J A Melville ~Club Rhythm: Satine is a young woman, a virgin determined to find the right guy not afraid to 'deflower' her. Andre, club owner, extremely rich with a French accent to boot. He has his pick of women but notices her classiness. Cocktail night at the club attracted more women that men. Satine's big mouth friend blabs about her and Andre is up for the challenge...in a good way.
Their one night of passion could be so much more as I feel he met his match.

This collection is outstanding! And I really hope so many of the stories--though, plenty satisfying as is--I love the characters and I want to see what is next for them. Especially for the men in "When Cosmo meets Old Fashioned." This is a sexy mm romance that gets hot and heavy. Author Amelia Hayden says it is a 3 out of 5 heat rating but I would put it at a 4, because whoa! And though Grant gets mistaken for a waiter at one point I picture him more distinguished and at point in his life where he knows what he wants. Throw in some spilled drinks, a jazz club, and waiting out the rain and you have a lovely mm romance.

What a page Turner!!
So many amazing stories and who doesnβt like a story centred around cocktails, wine or a bar/club!
Each story had me hooked and would love to read more, so many new authors I will now be following and reading more of thanks to this anthology.

This anthology has something for everyone with a huge variety of stories from sweet to spicy romance, MM romance and a touch of romantic suspense. I have to say the popular male lead name was Tristan π but I digress. I have chosen a few stories to write about but there a plenty more to entertain and delight. Each story has itβs own heat rating so if you donβt like spicy reads at least you get a warning.
Jack & Ginger Annee Jones
This is a terrific short story and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted to tell Jenny to stand up to Tristan straight away, especially to get his own darn beers. π Even though itβs a short story it has some big messages.
Date Note Belle Brooks
Boy am I glad Iβm married and donβt have to go through the agony of dating, especially like the awkward kind in this story! Honestly, I thought Calli was quite brave to continue with it. π I am definitely intrigued by R and look forward to reading the rest of this story.
Just Drinks Danielle Sibarium
Willow and Marcello meet at his bar after she publicly humiliates her ex and things go pear-shaped. Marcello is a charismatic, sexy man who just happens to be well known to police. Willow is trying desperately to put her past behind her and move on, her speech about her ex boyfriend is fabulous. I hope this story is going to be expanded as I would like to know more about the couple.
Turning the Tables SC Principale
What a fun, quirky short story this is, I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! Danniella was a shy young woman whoβd even conned by a good-looking rogue. Deciding to turn the tables and do it herself she meets Eric but then the story changes dramatically. (I wonβt spoil it for you, rather I will let you read how it plays out!)
Lot Less Awkward JA LaFrance
Straight away I wondered what Tristan was doing with someone like Carla, then when he met Alice I was delighted. π Butβ¦ those supposed friends of hers had me completely riled up. π€¬ Thenβ¦ the cherry on top of the disaster tree was Aliceβs mother and sister-in-law! Grrr As you can tell this story evokes a lot of feelings but good ones too. I look forward to reading the rest of the story when it is released.

Thor is the president of the Valhalla MC and once he sets his sights on Lexi he knows heβs found the woman for him. Likewise, Lexi, who has a traumatic past that is only hinted at in this part of the story, is deadset against men until Thor sets her spine tinglingβsomething she thought wouldnβt happen to her again. I am so pleased that this story will be continued in a full novel. Itβs an exciting and entertaining read that gets your blood pumping.

Holy moly if I was Lucy I would have wanted to castrate her soon-to-be-ex! What a revolting character he was but worse her supposed friendβ¦ argh, donβt get me started! Enter Johnny, a reliable police officer who helps Lucy, but more importantly, he feels an attraction to her as she does too. This story explores a few issues in such a short framework, itβs very well executed too. An another example of the high quality of stories in this anthology.
All of the stories that will be expanded into full-length books were great reads on their own. There were many new authors to me in this anthology and itβs exciting discovering new writers and new books.
