Gaining strength as he moves through the galaxy, Zade is beginning to get a feel for his new ship and crew. Although his main purpose is to find earth so he can help protect them from forces like the Unity and Domain, the enormity of his task has started to wear on him. A broken and barely understandable radio signal pulls him and the crew from their slump. Can Anne triangulate the location of earth? How long has it been since he got taken? What will he find when he gets there? Zade has to grapple with those questions as he makes a beeline for home.

I'd been waiting a long time for this third part of this series having thoroughly enjoyed the first two books and to be honest I was disappointed with this volume.
Firstly there are errors in both plot and grammar which should have been picked up at the editing stage. In places, it almost seems the author's mind was elsewhere when writing this. I could have overlooked this but I was frustrated with how the last third of the book goes plot-wise. Suddenly the Earth is found after two books telling us it's a hugely difficult task and the galaxy is vast. Next, when our heroes get to earth it's in the process of being evaluated by one of the major bad guy galactic groups and 85% of the population has been wiped out. I could have lived with this but the author chooses to turn the whole thing into a LitRPG/Gamelit scenario completely altering the tone of the book not for the best. I admit LitRPG/Gamelit is not my greatest love but if done well can be worth a read, sadly the author does not do it well this time.
I'll keep an eye out for further volumes but, it just seems to have run out of steam for now.
A good story. A Romp in space Has the MC assimilating technologies to make himself and hopefully earth stronger. However there is a big twist at the end That might complicate things but certainly makes the books more interesting. Though I enjoy the story the delivery is a bit flat. There's a good bit of action throughout the book and the Ship he's constantly on the move. No shortage of trouble obviously which makes for a good read. The end twist could be interesting though Not sure how far the author wants to go with that. Almost 0 on the forging aspect and the technological upgrades of which am disappointed there. Overall I will probably read the next book.
Just finished this third book in the series and still very happy and looking forward for the next book in the series. The story is still holding and the author is putting new characters to keep the story going strong and not getting boring. It seems this third book is straddling the fence of becoming a LitRPG type of book. I hope not. But we shall see. So! Overall a good book and fun to read, still giving the series two thumbs up and can't wait for the fourth book.
A great third book that found only 15% of the world's population left, thanks to the Domain. Now it's left to Zade and his crew to find a solution to get rid of the Domain, and maybe the Unity, too. I can't wait until the next book is released.
No romance and the F-bomb was used 29 times.
As for the narration: Fantastic! Michael Braun is a perfect narrator..
Good continuation of the series. Too bad it's the last one for a while
Nice pace. Nice plot. Likeable main charters. Too bad for 85% earths population. Next Denver but that may be awhile: "I will be taking a break from the adventures of Zade and crew to work on a couple of side projects."
Reunion is a good 3rd novel in the "Redleg in Space" series; however, the editing could be better AND while Reunion ended with Alex Zaid and company are poised to help Earth and unite the clans, the extended break publishing book #4 is disappointing. Mr. Dean, I look forward to the next book!
Series started out ok for a new authors first attempt but didn’t vastly improve. Several large unexplained jumps in story line didn’t help matters. This third installment just bounces around like a series of halfway thought out plot points. Not going to continue.
Great continuation from the other 2. Thank you Z.D for this. Keep them coming brother you have fans waiting. It would be great if they find the rua from the people that died and expand the ship, just an idea
Z.D. Dean is a wonderful author that write a book that holds your attention. I couldn't put them down until I read the whole book I waiting for the love between Sam and Zabe to happen. A must read.
When I found out that book 3 was available, I knew I had to read it. This is an awesome "to be continued" read. I highly recommend it if you're into this type of genre.
