Chet Day has since Renounced some of this Material

Chet Day no longer works for Hallelujah Acres and now maintains a web-site addressing some of the elements of the Hallelujah Diet that are dangerous and people need to know about.

You should do some research on this and all other Hallelujah Acres materials before you accept it at face value especially for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children and adolescents.
