This is the catalogue for the exhibition held at the Museum of London in 1992-93. As such, half of the book is pretty much redundant, being a list, without illustrations of the 600 or so photographs, posters, postcards and other items in the exhibition. However, the first 60 pages are extremely informative, a chronology of the Suffragette Movement in London up to 1914 with a profusion of photographs and other ephemera, that describe in much fascinating and offbeat detail, the fight for voting rights for women,
