I prefer to think of myself as a writer, though currently I still have a day job where I'm still better known for my technical skills. It's easy to be good in tech. And it's easy to be good at writing.

Hard to be good at both :).

Which is why you will see lots of old technical books written by me. Though now the only technical stuff I write is kept at my day job's blog and internal stuff.

Which is means here I will pause to make sure it's clear I only speak for myself.

For the general public - I prefer to be known as a fiction writer.

I primarily write horror though I also branch out occasionally into science fiction and fantasy.
