I found this book in our AirBnB in Montevideo. It's been great fun making local foods while staying here - I've made five recipes so far, and I'm planning on making a couple more. The book is in Spanish (which helps me to source ingredients at the local markets) and in English, so I know what to do! The recipes are written very simply with not much detail, so I would recommend it for cooks who know their way around the kitchen.
