I believe the multiverse and its countless realities are within our reach. ... 'You can shift wherever you want. Whether you're shifting to be rich and famous, to your favorite book setting, or maybe to a similar reality where you're only making a few minor changes for your own happiness. These realities exist, and you can get there with the correct mindset and belief.'

This book even goes into some of the science and establishes and defines what a universal wavefunction is, and explains the many-worlds interpretation.

This handbook will be so helpful with your exploration of reality shifting. It is written by an experienced shifter and is very thorough. It includes things like scripting templates, explains the concept of waiting rooms and desired realities, and some of the various shifting methods you can use. It also goes into clones, lucid dreaming, permashifting, visualization, meditation, dream meanings, the placebo effect and more.

I am personally also consulting other sources and social media communities for information. I'm very new to this though and am working past my doubts and have only tried to shift once so far. But I'm not quitting! This book suggests 'platforms such as Reddit, with /shiftingrealities, and Instagram, under hashtags such as "dr", "shifting" and "desiredreality." I agree with these, and also suggest TikTok though the community there is generally quite young. 'Amino is home to the most popular shifting communities on the internet, and arguably the most useful place to go if you're looking for blogs about shifting experience, methods, and advice.' (I'm reading some very long blogs from this site right now and they're so detailed and give great ideas.) 'There are a range of communities you can join, such as Desired Reality Amino, Subliminal Users Amino, or Shifting! Amino.'

YouTube is another great resource I'm using for general guidance, shifting subliminals, affirmations, guided meditations using various methods, and mood music and sounds for various shifting destinations such as the ever-popular world of Harry Potter. I'm also reading internet articles in general and suggest the Lucid - Dream Journal app and the Lifa shifting app. '... there's no experience quite like this.
