Frank W. Butterfield, not an assumed name, loves old movies, wise-cracking smart guys with hearts of gold, and writing for fun.

Although he worships San Francisco, he lives at the beach on another coast.

Born on a windy day in November of 1966, he was elected President of his high school Spanish Club in the spring of 1983.

After moving across these United States like a rapid-fire pinball, he currently makes his home in a hurricane-proof apartment with superior water pressure that was built in 1926.

While he hasn't met any dolphins personally, that invitation is always open.

Valentine's Day - and both Whit and Eddie have forgotten (neither used to being a couple!) and have plans to order a bed to fit Whit... On the way they meet Pat and Patrick who invite them to a party that evening...

Still early in their relationship (just over two weeks) and we see Eddie working at solving a mystery (with Nick's help).

A sweet and romantic story with a bit of bite (slots in sequence after the first novel) this first short story may be followed by others - welcome news!
