Cold Like December
After The Coldest December Ever, things don’t seem to warm up in Detroit any time soon. After Saint finds out the truths about his wife and his father, he deems their marriage over for good. Holly isn’t trying to accept it and is doing everything she can to repair their tainted relationship.
Natasha and Bliss are introduced to new problems, when the visit they paid Christy makes them look guilty of murder. Joy, is still trying to settle in after a hard first couple of months and is torn in between following her heart and doing what she thinks is right.
When everything unravels after everyone’s truths come out, the group starts to see December’s issues trickling into the new year. This makes the entire next year seem familiar in the worst ways and feel cold just like December.

I’m shocked!!!
Holly is a real life bird. To give up Saint for Frost is crazy and that’s saying something because Saint had MANY flaws.
I’m glad Joy matured in understanding. I’m also glad Bliss got out of his own way.
Keegan didn’t deserve that but he also kept letting his cousin drive his car knowing he was no good. 🤷🏾♀️

Great Read
After having a confrontation with that chick who lied to Bliss. It had him and Natasha fighting for their freedom. Neither knew what the outcome would be until the truth came out. Natasha assumption's and doing the unthinkable. Almost cost her, her relationship with Bliss. Joy was too fast for Keegan. She was stuck on Saint as well and also got stuck on money being at her disposal. Keegan was a struggle college student and wasn't up to her standard's. It was a shame what happened to him. I knew Keegan cousin X wasn't worth a damn. Saint was just as guilty as Holly. Both of them were equally wrong for the problems in their marriage. Saint was upset when he found out his wife was communicating with his father. He wasn't an angel either because he was creeping with Joy. Joy was naive to think he was going to choose his daughter over her. It took her own circumstances for her to get a better understanding. Yes Holly was wrong as hell for the boundaries she crossed. However Saint cheated throughout their whole marriage. Holly was so blinded by hurt, jealousy, and rage. She couldn't see that Frost was using her. I wasn't shocked that Holly was going to use her and Saint daughter as ammunition against him because she was vindictive and it backfired on her.

this book was so good
These ladies were really making dumb decisions.
Holly lost her hubby and baby behind a ninja her husband didn’t mess when then had the nerve to something to jeopardize losing your daughter. Was she really that lonely for a man.
Joy was allowing FedEx to use her and he was feeling her sister. He was stupid because he should have none his cousin was up to no good. He was dumb and cost him at the end. Joy pissed me off when she wanted Saint to just leave his daughter, that showed her aged. I’m glad she came around quick because Saint was definitely feeling her. I’m glad they got it together.
Now Natasha and Bliss, she pissed me off when she listened to those losers at the jail, I understand what she went through with however she should not have jumped to conclusions. I was happy Bliss thought about what she put up with & forgave her.

Omg this book was truly amazing I could not put it down for even a second I had to finish. You ain't play no games with this one. Keegan was not only a virgin but also a leech. Having a relationship with Saint father made Holly such a sad excuse for a woman and mother. I love Saint and Joy relationship, he deserved a woman like Joy bcuz Holly wasn't shit. Natasha made me sick, ole fake behind, she was steady downing her sister happiness all bcuz she was best friends with Holly. That was just Natasha karma and she didn't deserve Bliss, they always say when you assume you make an a** out of yourself, but I do believe in second chances and I'm glad he gave her one. I'm glad everything worked out okay!

Awesome Ending!!!
This spin-off definitely was worth the wait I am so glad that Joy finally found her forever love and got her happy ending. Saint was finally able to fall in love with one woman and stay faithful which was refreshing to see. Whew for a minute Natasha and Bliss had me afraid that their relationship was going to end but I am glad they were able to see their mistakes didn’t outweigh the love they shared. Holly was just a silly broad and got exactly what she deserved in the end. Authoress Black Lavish how you gone not reveal the baby’s gender you know we are nosy!!

Loyalty
This book picks right up where the Christmas one left off. It was great seeing what happen with these couples. Joy was taken advantage of but I'm glad she learned from her mistakes. I did feel sorry for Keegan, his cousin was dead wrong. If Natasha and Holly had stayed loyal then a lot of things that made this a great 5 star read would not have gotten done. Natasha and Bliss learned from their mistakes. Holly should have done the same. Anyone that reads this will enjoy a great read. Great Job Black Lavish. I'm looking forward to reading more of your stories.

Enjoyable series..
I really enjoyed this series; a page turner for sure. I loved the way Saint loves Natasha. I was so mad at Natasha about Keegan though. 🙄 I was also mad at myself for loving Saint the way I did even knowing he was a h*e. 🤣 Joy chile I can’t figure out how I feel about her, but at least she got a HEA; I guess. Since you really did us like that with the gender, I’m just gonna assume boy because of the hints. 😂

December Thaw
Well it took a minute, but Joy grew up. I don't like her ending, though. Holly just went off the deep end and that really threw me. She and Saint had their issues but I guess it was the lack of communication and tit for tat that did them in. Now Natasha's ending was what I had hoped for even though she did the dumbest thing. (Do women really do that?? ) She was a true ride or die and deserved the same from Bliss.

So good
This story is so good. From the very beginning! Fell in love with these characters. Joy being so young and naive made so mistakes. But finally got what she wanted. Her sister was just as naive, even though she is older. The love they had for their men really won in the end. Holly was really stupid, she doesn't lost her husband and child all for a lying man she had no business dealing with. Definitely worth the read.

This ending I didn't see coming yess I enjoyed the story as always I'm just happy everything worked out for Saint & Joy they got it together and Saint kinda pissed me off but he got right in the end, Natasha & Bliss whew chile new to fix cause who Bliss thought he was leaving he knew to double back with forgiveness because Natasha forgave him!!!

Blazing
This was a great read. It had so many plots, twists and turns. Holly done got caught up and lost her child plus got to do time for keeping in the family. Then you got pop up pregnancies. Bliss can fish but can't take it . This was a page turner couldn't put it down. I can't wait for the next part sis just left us hanging

All I wanna know is the baby gender 🤣🤣 but I love that Saint and Joy got on the same page and that he really loved her. It was nice to see a different side. Bliss was the typical man can’t take what he dishes but it all worked out in the end.

Great follow up! I’m glad that Saint and Joy got it together. I was worried about Natasha and Bliss….I didn’t think they would make it after everything happened. Great story. One question though….what was the sex of the baby?!?!
